Was treated to a spa day by friend. Experienced the massage, facial, pedicure and hair style. All of it was amazing. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Would definitely highly recommend this spa if looking to be pampered.

The place is beautiful, however level of professionalism is lacking. I got a facial and a pedicure, it was my second time there for a facial and I wouldn’t recommend it. The person who did it had very long nails and I kept thinking she is going to poke my face any minute. I never had this experience at any place before, usually there nails are short. Secondly, when I got the pedicure done I noticed they didn’t clean the bowls properly and the utensils used were in a plastic tub soaking. Proper hygiene to avoid contamination is limited. I hope they fix these issues before any serious problem occurs in the future.

I have been going to Embrace Spa for years; since back in their old spot, for massages, pedicures, manicures and facials. I love the new location! It's very clean, organized and well kept. They have a points system, which is a fantastic perk, and great offerings in tea/coffee, treats and even wine! The ladies at the front desk are very attentive, and generally know me by name as I come in every 6 weeks or so. Jenny is my massage therapist and she is wonderful! She is very attentive to what I need focused on during each visit. She is super pleasant and easy to talk to (if that's your thing while getting a massage!) and doesn't mind feedback on how the pressure is at all (in fact, she encourages it!). Though, her pressure is always spot on, and she can really get in to those tight spots. I would follow her anywhere, though I do hope she never leaves Embrace Spa because I love it there!

There was a slight mixup initially because I needed wheelchair accessibility but the staff worked very hard to accommodate me. The lady who did my pedicure was just lovely.

I visited Embrace for the first time today, and had a massage with Crystal— it was heavenly, I can’t wait to see her again next month.

I really liked the location, and the treatment room was very clean, tidy and relaxing. I’m excited to try more service at Embrace!

This sounds strange as a 3/5 rating....because the staff and services are second to none.....however, for me, the ambiance and "feel" of a spa are equally as important. This new location on the Bedford highway is definitely NOT in keeping with the upscale service. Its an "OK" spot but the lounge feels dark and not in a relaxing way....it's just not the same "feel" as the previous location. In fact, its such a different feel that I've asked my husband to not get my annual spa gift card from Embrace anymore.

The best spa experience I have ever enjoyed. I have been mulitple times for one service to doing their ultimate spa package. The place is always clean, and staff are fantastic and friendly.
I look forward to going back.
