Disappointed as this looks like custard not Kesar Rasmalai.
Well, I have been going Ganesh couple of times. Their samosa is good but not there sweets. This is the conditions of there Rasmalai which I bought on Sunday night from there shop and next morning this is how is looks not even 24 hrs for the purchase time.

I got 2 pound sweet boxes for my wedding. The staff helped me decide what to put in the boxes and picking the box design (I went with pink). This is all new to myself and my family, I found GS very easy to deal with. All the feedback from family/friends was very positive. Quality and taste I highly recommend using them for your wedding.

Amazing food quality, and wonderful staff, i went there first time so i didn’t have any idea about anything such as price and quantity, but they explained me everything politely. It was really nice experience i would definitely come here again and again. Such a great sweet shop.

Dimple went above and beyond offering suggestions and always serving with a genuine smile. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and prioritizes customer satisfaction so highly. Kudos to Ganesh Sweets for having such a gem on their team.

We’re here almost every weekend. The Indian sweets are really fresh and delicious - love the Gulab Jamun, Desi Ghee Boondi ladoos, Milk cake, Fresh rasmalai, almond milk, and so many other sweets. Hot samosas and Bread pakoras is always our go to thing. They have a great variety- check out their menu. Very friendly staff…big cheers to the team!!

Absolutely disgusted by the quality of service of this place. It’s very unfortunate this place has gone from being the best to the absolutely worst place, I’ve had bad experiences with the quality of their food before yet decided to give it another shot, this one is definitely the last time I’ll be visiting. On top of that their “store policy” doesn’t permit refunds for their mistakes, what a joke of management and staff.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered 15 samosas but was charged for 20. On top of that, the samosas were frozen and half-cooked, completely unacceptable quality. When I tried addressing the issue, the staff member initially pretended to be the manager, only to later admit the manager wasn’t available. This level of dishonesty and poor service is appalling. The store sells low-quality, frozen products and has no sense of accountability. I will never shop here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
