Love living here. Pauline and her husband are great at making sure everyone feels welcome and well taken care of. I wish all their staff had the same mentality when it comes to service, however, one front desk person has made living here VERY uncomfortable and trying. I hope this person learns to be kind and to provide good service to all of the guests of Building One. She is pretty darn rude. Everything comes with a snarl.

Got a room(which was actually nice) but go to check out and the hotel told me my deposit would be released in 5-10 days. Here we are almost 2 months later and still no deposit back. Fought with them every week for the last 50 days and had proof through reciepts and my bank that they charges the deposit and the room but never reimbursed me for deposit. Super shady business

Full kitchens, lovely breakfast with hot options, excellent rooms. Staff very nice. Walked into room assigned and immediately knew someone had been smoking in it, had staff come and they changed my room. Accommodated by elderly father and mother with an accessible room to make showering easier. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent after hours service by manager who was sweet and helpful after a long flight and let us in cheerfully when we came well after midnight! Excellent front desk staff next day. The rooms are perfect we were in 126 that had a kitchen on main floor, super nice updated room with comfortable beds and good sleep quality. Great location and great price we booked with airmiles. The pillows were great and large room with good black out curtains and excellent hot breakfast included sausages and eggs. This is our new number one place to stay when flying out!! Good job western budget.

Beautiful room all updated. 2queen beds so potential to have 4 people. Removed tub and replaced with shower which was nice but it has no ledge to put shampoo and soap. No hand towel only 2 face clothes and two bath towel. Kitchenette did not come with any coffee pot if you wanted to make a coffee, despite pictures showing complementary coffee. Staff very friendly.

Nicely renovated room. Downside was being across from laundry which was noisy but shut down was 10pm so able to sleep. Breakfast was good but coffee was very weak. No coffee maker in room which i found odd as we had a full kitchen suite. No hair dryer either.
