Lovely admin staff ! Always so kind when I come in and love to chat. I’ve had massages by both Emma and Emily and they were kind, polite and professional. They really listened to what I had to say. Very calm and dim lighting with smooth background noises. They make sure you are comfortable and use plenty of lotion which leaves you feeling smooth for days. They provide hot towels throughout the massage and never have cold hands. Every time I leave with less tension and pain in my back and shoulders and can’t wait for my next visit . I cannot recommend those lady’s enough. They even do direct billing to blue cross which will always be a bonus in my books

I go back to Emily time and time again. She listens to my needs before starting and has switched gears quickly to accommodate and add on when I decided very last minute to get it done. I literally see colours when I have my eyes shut on the table because I am in such a deep, meditative state of being. Emily also has a skill in cold stone facials which leave me feeling like the skin on my face is taking a deep breath of fresh air. I recommend her specifically to everyone I know who talks about needing a massage. My husband said that his massage with her was so noticeably relaxing that the shoulder she was working on touched the table while his other one was still so tense that it was lifted off the table. He had no idea his muscles could release the way they did and slept like a baby that night.

I've never gotten a massage before and started only in april of this year. I chose hand and stone randomly. I'm happy to say that I the right decision. The staff are all wonderful and welcoming, booking sessions are so easy. I usually see Greg and he does an amazing job!!!! Love it here!

I was feeling really hopeful about this place. Unfortunately I felt uncomfortable as soon as the masseuse started groaning while massaging me and breathing directly into my face. I've had a lot of massages and never have I experienced someone breathing so intensely into my face. I could literally taste his breath. I feel bad reviewing this but I not be returning.

I was hopeful about this place after seeing 4.7 ratings. I had the worst experience ever at this place:
1. I mentioned the pain points to the massage therapist at the beginning to set the expectations, however it seems like they fell on deaf ears. There was no pressure at all, and when I told to apply more pressure, that was adhered to for 2-3mins back before reverting back to zero pressure.
2. As you can see from the photos, the massage and the technique wasn’t even good enough to soak in the oil into my skin. My 7 year old daughter would do a better job, and I don’t need to pay $100+ to apply oil/lotion to my body. I was feeling so sticky n weird that I dint wanted to sit in my car with the fear of ruining the upholstery. (See photos attached )
3. The walls are paper thin and I could clearly hear the people (2-3 to be more precise) on the next room. On top of that the lights were way too bright, and the atmosphere not relaxing at all.
Definitely not going back here, and would not recommend this spa and the specific RMT for the massage at all.

The session with Shanique exceeded my expectations! Her skillful technique combined with a calming presence created a truly relaxing experience. I express to her my fear and she repeatedly reassured me that I am in a safe space .

Shanique was so attentive and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, with a noticeable improvement in my tension.

I highly recommend Shaniqe to anyone seeking a professional and skilled massage therapist who truly cares about their clients' well-being.

Had a massage done by emma and a facial done with joanne and let me tell you if I could give more then 5 stars I would!
Emma sat and talked with me before we started to see where I felt like I needed some work done on, and after she let me know where I was tense and what to do to help. I felt so relaxed the whole time and cannot wait to go again!
Joanne walked me through the whole facial where it was my first one. She looked at my skin and let me know what products would work well for me, and gave me pointers! Was so relaxing and my skin feels nothing less than Amazing! Joanne even came out after and helped me pick out some products and explained them all to me!

Highly recommended! I cannot wait to go back!

Convenient booking and quiet massage room (unlike some spaces that offer physio as well....I could hear people talking into the hall and/or reception which was on the other side of a hollow core door). I would tell you my favourite massage therapist but I've been to three and they were all good. ?
