I would like to highly recommend Cheryl @ Beyond Your Surface Massage. I had never been for a massage before and Cheryl made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She wanted to know what I was wanting and expecting from our session. Throughout the whole session she shared her knowledge, was perceptive of my body and what my body needs and what I wanted. Cheryl explained what she was doing and why throughout the entire session. Cheryl is very personable, cheerful and a pleasure to be around. I felt amazing after the session and I have to say I have not felt this good mentally and physically in years. I am looking forward to our next appointment.

I've gone to Cheryl for multiple types of massages. From a sea-dooing whiplash injury to my neck (Cheryl worked more magic than my chiropractor) to a relaxing swedish massage, and Everytime, I feel absolutely amazing afterwards.

Hi here is a love story haha! I took a massage from Sheryl a few years ago when we were still dealing with Pandemic and not very many places were open for massages yet. I met Sheryl working at this massage center in Leduc on a random day, just picked a random therapist who was available close to home. It turned out to be one of the best massages I've ever received. So perfect for my needs, very therapeutic focused and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was super happy to find the best of the best in my own town. A couple months later, I was looking for a last-minute massage and when I called the center, they said Sheryl doesn't work there anymore. Heartbroken. I looked her up everywhere. No avail. Even left msgs on some google review sites asking if anyone know where she went, no luck. Fast forward to now, I get a roommate who is a massage therapy student and I was casually sharing with her about the best massage therapist in town who disappeared and the place she worked before won't tell me where she went, and my roommate says "Oh Sheryl? I know where she works!", I was SOO Happy to hear those words. I booked a massage right away. Shared with her the ordeal to find her, we hugged and laughed lols! Sheryl has great techniques to help you with your needs, she did for me. My knees hurt from hiking and she helped with the pain and my neck/shoulders from carrying all the stress. She can go hard but also made me feel relaxed and snore a little bit haha! All am saying is, She is EXCELLENT! <3

Cheryl is an incredible massage therapist and the best I’ve had. From the age of 11 I have been using massage therapy as a treatment for chronic back pain. What I love about Cheryl is that she truly works to understand your issues and what they might be stemming from. She is extremely clinical and uses a variety of techniques to ease your muscle and joint pain. She has practical knowledge on fascia and lymph treatment as well. Her treatments have lasting effects.

For anyone living in Leduc or the Edmonton area consider yourselves lucky. She moved from Calgary and I would do anything to get her back here. I have seen many therapists over the last 40 years and no one compares. She has raised the bar extremely high and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
