I recently visited Highlander Spa Salon for the first time and was completely impressed. Marta, the hairstylist, turned out to be not only a skilled professional but also very attentive. She noticed the condition of my hair and suggested a nourishing treatment, which was a pleasant surprise. Marta also provided helpful advice on hair care and showed genuine concern for every detail. The salon has a luxurious appearance, with a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly, attentive staff. Everything was clean and well-organized. I especially want to highlight Marta's work—thanks to her, I left more than satisfied☺️From now on, I’ll be getting my haircuts only from her! I’ll definitely return for other treatments and will gladly recommend this salon to my friends?

The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout your visit.

The lady was attentive, listened carefully to what I wanted, and offered expert advice to help achieve the best look .The quality of the products they use is top-notch, and I could tell a lot of care was taken during the entire process.

What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. They didn’t rush, took the time to perfect every step, and made sure I left looking and feeling my best. Plus, their customer service is outstanding, from booking the appointment to following up afterward.

I called in and scheduled a haircut only because there was no room for a colour and when I got there they were extremely accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in in between things and I was able to have my colour. Very welcoming staff and great ambiance. Loved my experience all round! I even found the price to be very reasonable. Thank you for such a great warm welcome and service ❤️

I had a therapeutic massage session with Elizabeth today. Awesome experience she knows her job really well. Could locate the tight knots in my muscles with ease. If you you are a hard working person, athlete or you just need to relax your muscles and treat yourself with this experience I definitely recommend it 100%. The place has a cozy but upscale atmosphere and the staff are amazing welcoming and ready to help you, answer any questions and make you feel comfortable at all times. I am definitely looking for my next session!!!!
P.s. Also for those who can use their health insurance the spa offers direct billing so it makes you life easier with insurance claims!!

Wendy did an unbelievable job with my hair! The color and cut was perfect. She got it way blonder without damaging it. She was super easy to talk to. All the staff there were great and a champagne on arrival was the cherry on top!

This was my first visit to the Highlander spa and I do not know where to start about my wonderful experience.
The environment is welcoming and warm with staff who go above and beyond. They made sure I was relaxed the entire time and catered to my every want and need. I left feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed.
The overall experience was exceptional!

Elizabeth listened to my concerns prior to starting my massage and addressed them well. She was quiet during the massage, only asking about my preference for pressure which made the experience very relaxing. Highly skilled RMT, I would recommend to others and I will be going back myself!

I also met the owner of the spa and she was lovely as well.
