First time I attended a hockey game. We watched time Hurricanes play Medicine Hat and the Hurricanes won 4 to 3.

It was the teddy bear toss and very enjoyable.

Saw my first Hockey game with my boyfriend! We didn't know where our seats were & a man who worked at the stadium helped us find them. A lovely gentleman gave us his seats cause we had standing ones and he had extra. Canadians are super friendly & make this Aussie gal feel at home 😊😊

I attended an event at the Lethbridge area (I am not from Lethbridge) and my experience at the Lethbridge Arena was frustrating, while the actual event was good, there were several service issues that left a bad impression. From the parking difficulties to the poor communication from security and the confusion with tipping, it's unfortunate that these factors overshadowed what could have been a more enjoyable event.

Parking System: The app and kiosk machines causing confusion is a significant inconvenience. Possible solution would be to provide clearer signage and instructions for parking payments and maybe reach out to the app development team to see if they can make app interface more intuitive.

Security Staff Communication: Being barked at by security is unprofessional and off-putting. We were looking to get to our seats and being yelled at that we went into a no go zone was not helpful. Better signage would be a solution for this and offering staff training on better communication skills, emphasizing respect and clarity.

Tipping Transparency: It's unfortunate that I double-tipped due to the server not disclosing the gratuity inclusion on the bill. Solution would be better transparency, signage or a simple verbal explanation could go a long way in avoiding this kind of mistake.

While these issues detracted from the experience, the event itself was enjoyable. I hope management gets this feedback to consider ways to improve.

Went to see a curling game Sweden vs Japan. It's a very clean arena. Staff are friendly, but paid $3.25 for a bottle of water, that part sucked. Enjoyed the game. Sweden won 8-2

Some days I feel like I live at the arena. This is not a bad thing. It is an absolute pleasure to be able to do what I do with all the great people that make up the staff at @VLDC Arena.

Came here for a cirque de soleil event. Purchasing tickets was easy, lots of free parking, showing tickets and entering was very quick. They had a great selection at the concession very good and prices were high but not astronomical. We had no trouble finding our seats. The show was lovely, sounds and lights were great.

Great place to watch a game there's really no bad seats, lay out is very well done in this arena. They do all sorts of stuff here not just hockey. Great place for a family night out. Beer and food is very expensive but hey what do you expect.
