The quality of their service and massage is excellent. I felt truly relaxed, and they did a great job targeting my stiff muscles and easing the tension. Their massage therapists clearly know what they’re doing.

Wonderfully relaxing and calm environment. I've had many massages at Wink and the RMTs are excellent. I would highly recommend them!

The young lady who does waxes is very good. She is professional, offers conversation when you're in the mood and silence when you're not. And she is very good at facial waxing. No unnecessary pain and she does it properly.

Had a wonderful visit today. Had my nails done with Amy. She was very personable and did a wonderful job on my nails. Then had a 30 minute massage. Left feeling happy relaxed and pampered.

I had a very bad experience in my first visit and the owner when spoken to didn't agree what happened. They didn't do what was told during the facial and neither was I compensated.

I went in for the "Day-Cation" package and this was my first experience at this spa. The location was clean, well organized and had friendly professionals with quality service and products. The massage was a very standard relaxation session. No deep tissue or targeting problem areas which I found was normal for most massages. The facial was just as relaxing and my skin felt great after! Unfortunately, I did not receive the complimentary sample of facial products that they have advertised with this package on their website. I bought the same package for my mother in law and same thing, no facial kit to take home. Overall decent experience with services, but would've liked to receive all the perks to the package considering the price.

Had been coming here for weekly massages for a a year and a half. Started off good. Went back and forth between 2 massage therapists. One was quite a bit younger and over time, alot began to change. She was having mental breakdowns in the massage room! She had left several times for "stress leave" which is whatever its not my business or place to judge anyone. When my yearly renewal came up both my medical doctor as well as my massage therapist right up a report on how it was helping me and moving forward what they were looking to do for my treatment plan. As I have a degenerative disease in my back that's only expected to get worse with time and age my medical doctor as well as my spinal surgeon had written letters stating that it was detrimental that I keep up with the massages once a week to help with my pain management and quality of life. My massage therapist indicated to me that she agreed with this only 2 weeks before she had her report written she acknowledged what my doctors had said and told me face to face that she was writing the report that she agreed with this and we were going to keep it up once a week. Not too sure what changed but when I came in 2 weeks later I had asked her if she had her report written up and if I could get a copy before I left and she said I don't want to discuss that. Which seem to be very odd as we had just discussed it a couple weeks prior. Not sure how one with a degenerative spinal disease would need less treatment as time goes on. Anyways what's the tip of the iceberg.leading up to this the one massage therapist was very unprofessional to the point she was having mental breakdowns in the massage room and to the point of crying during a massage which I felt was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. There was multiple times where I would have to miss my appointment because she had taken weeks upon weeks off work multiple times and I was passed around to different massage therapists who were not my normal people. Stuff happens whatever. When I went in with a different massage therapist one week I was confronted about why I didn't like them and why I didn't want them to treat me. I had never spoken a single word about this individual and had only known them from two prior massages so I was completely caught off guard by this and didn't even understand as to where it came from. She had said she was told by other staff that another massage therapist had discussed this with her and it was brought to her attention that I said I didn't like her which just seems absolutely childish and very unprofessional. I had asked the owner to give me a call to discuss some issues that I was having. They called me and it was not the owner but the owners partner who i had never met, never even spoken to before. We discussed what was taking place they said they apologized and agreed it was unprofessional as to what was going on. We decided we would move massages to a different therapist there. That was fine. This is Friday and i get a random message to call them and they said after Tuesdays discussions (to which they apologized and put me with a different massage therapist) they were suspending the rest of my massages. Which was ok with me to be honest because i was leaving there after my contract was up anyways as i had cheaper quotes from other places and closer to home. That being said, they blocked me off Facebook for whatever reason, likely so i wouldn't write this review on their page but social media is a powerful thing and i am doing nothing more then telling the exact truth of the matter. From mental breakdowns to their employee adding me on Facebook then randomly blocking me and crying about mental health issues DURING A MASSAGE! I would have to say, stay away. If it's nails your getting done or a one time massage you might be ok but i got to see the over view of this place over a year and a half ish and how it's ran. Employees talking about other employees behind their backs, a revolving door when it came to some employees such as the front desk. Unprofessional!
