Bon motel propre et confortable sur un grand boulevard sans charme, mais près du parc Henderson qui vaut le déplacement. Petit déjeuner de base inclus. A une piscine ce qui est bien par grande chaleur.

Ahmed, at the front desk, welcomed me with a big smile. He was helpful, attentive, answering all my questions and responding to my requests immediately. I am hard of hearing but Ahmed made everything easy to understand. He is a wonderful communicator, full of fascinating stories.

In contrast, the older White lady at the desk the next morning was touchy and somewhat grumpy when I asked her to make sure that my pet deposit would not be charged to my credit card, as it was the last time I stayed at this location (with the charges reversed once the mistake was realized). The front desk lady seemed put out that I asked if my room could be checked before I left and the pet deposit cancelled there and then.

I have stayed at this location twice before and brought my tiny Chihuahua both times and there has never been a problem with my dog. The room service young woman, who was a person of color, came to check my room and did so happily and cheerfully. She confirmed to the front desk lady that all was fine.

Even when I was being exceedingly pleasant and friendly with the front desk lady, she remained cold and grumpy towards me. If I had been confronted with this kind of treatment the first two times that I stayed at this location, trust me, I would not have come back. Fortunately, it was Peter and Ahmed, both of them being Indian men, who greeted me when I stayed at this location.

As I traveled from Victoria BC to Lethbridge AB I took note of the number of Indian men and women who are in charge of gas stations/stores/coffee shops/outdoor picnic tables and the washrooms therein. The washrooms are ALWAYS not only spotless, they are brightly and delightfully decorated. This makes a huge difference when one is travelling.

Motel 6, I appreciate your multicultural staff so much! Thank-you!!

We had left some shoes behind on our last Vist. When we returned a week later they had our shoes. We had thought they where gone. Wow great service. Plus they remembered us. Thank you motel 6.

Very quiet and very clean room! A cold breakfast was available and the attendants were very friendly. Room was small but had all of the necessary amenities. A great value for the price and we will definitely return if we find ourselves in the area again!

Terrible place. Do not recommend at all. Staff is rude, rooms are tiny and overpriced.

They don’t follow their own procedures with returning damage deposits between 7-4pm tried to check out early but couldn’t as management left for the day early 3:30pm so deposit couldn’t be released.

No housekeeping is offered unless you stay for 7 days or longer so I was told.

I was also refused fresh bedding when I asked for some.

I spoke with management about the issues and was only told there are two sides to every story.

Bottom line the place is not very nice and it’s in a horrible location. You can’t even take your pets out to the pet area for the bathroom as they have crackheads sleeping in the pet area.

Air conditioning doesn’t work , parking sucks. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it. It’s run down and not at all nice.

This was the FIRST & LAST time I’ll ever use a MOTEL 6! Extremely disappointed with the experience.

Our room is tight for room to move about, but very clean!
We have never had a room, anywhere without a coffee pot. Being early risers, 4amish, we went and bought a small one.

Not motels fault, but big dogs left in rooms, behind us, to bark made it difficult to relax in a hot tub after long days of House hunting.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

PET FRIENDLY Motel. I highly recommend this place. It exceeded my expectations. 2 pets allowed without extra charge just leaving a pre-authorization in case of damage, which gets freed if no damage is done. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have new staff in training who are doing their best. Rooms are clean, beds are not the super best but they are comfortable enough. Great size bathtub, bigger than in most hotels. Location is not their best attribute, it's near a main street there is some noise from cars and trucks passing by. It's sad that it's not really the motel's fault but guests from other rooms are disrespectful and very noisy especially on the weekend, they will be partying until after 3:00 am and you can hear everything. Motel won't make them stop.

This is one of the best places I have stayed in this year. Rooms were so clean, the bed is just bliss, slept so well every night. Bathroom had a bidet. TV channels were a bit limited but everything else was great. Continental breakfast in mornings was a nice surprise. All the staff we met were wonderful. Will return next time I work in town.
