Love this place. Disappointed on my last visit. They got rid of the chocolate obsession cake...which I literally can't cope with. Other than that service is always amazing. One other thing... the restaurant is freezing when the weather is too cold outside.

Our third time here. This time we celebrated our 5 year anniversary. Food is fantastic! Must try Marsala chicken and Rib Eye Steak Delmonico. Tuna stacks and calamari for appetizers are superb. Great wine list. Recommend Angels and Cowboys red from Sonoma Valley. Service is always warm, friendly and welcoming. Great dining experience every time!

Amazing experience at Water Tower Grill in Lethbridge! The 360-degree views of the city are breathtaking, with access to an outdoor lower balcony for an extra special touch. The food was fantastic—highly recommend the Salmon and Beet Salad, it was delicious!

Our server, Andrew, provided stellar service that made the evening even better. I would highly recommend this spot to everyone, not just visitors. Definitely check it out!

This is a hidden gem. It's such a great restaurant. They had 2 musicians playing wonderful music. The interior is top notch, high class, very elegant. Oh and the food, there are no words to describe the delicious plates. Just a fantastic experience all around. Highly recommend 👌

While visiting Lethbridge, AB, I decided to try the Water Tower restaurant, drawn by its unique location and reputation. The venue itself is truly one of a kind, and the view at sunset is breathtaking—definitely a highlight of the experience.

I ordered the Delmonico ribeye steak, which is touted as one of their signature dishes. However, I was quite disappointed. A traditional Delmonico steak is known for its thickness, but this version was far from it—thin and underwhelming (see attached photo). Additionally, while my research suggested it should be served with mashed potatoes, mine came with roasted baby potatoes. Unfortunately, they were undercooked and crunchy, making them difficult to enjoy.

I brought the issue to the waitress’s attention, but her response was dismissive. She did offer fries or another substitution, but only for an additional charge, which I found unacceptable given the circumstances. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction left me quite disappointed.

While the ambiance and views are worth experiencing, I expected much more from a restaurant of this caliber, especially when it comes to their so-called signature dishes.
