The place is really welcoming and luxurious, the comfort starts from the moment you enter the hotel, the room service is awesome. the front stuff is amazing, i can’t go on without addressing the front staff Grace who goes above and beyond for our satisfaction, her positive, friendly and uplifting spirit makes it feel like we’re no strangers but feel like home, as a regular visitor working around the oil fields i find this hotel to be perfectly convenient for both shopping and driving to work.

It was a blast! Had our little girl’s Birthday Celebration in the hall and everything worked how I imagined it! The room was great and spacious and very clean! I ran there in the morning to check the setup and was surprised that the manager was there making sure that everything would be how we wanted it. Thank you Four Points for making this special moment extra special! Btw, some of our guests asked for the details and I have them your card!

The reception lady Grace is alway very pleasant and helpful. She makes my stay very welcoming and warm. I’ve been staying at the 4 points grande prairie for the last few years without an issue. Will continue to use them.

Picked the Four Points and paid a premium for it because we wanted something quiet and comfortable as we were passing through on vacation. The staff were lovely, but despite being a newer building, our room was pretty rough. The door to the room was hanging off its hinges so badly it was pretty hard to open it - I actually had to hip check it to get in. The door frame was actually coming apart at the joints. The room itself was mostly fine, but the shower SUCKED. Nice furniture and finishings but then a cheapo, mostly clogged shower head. On top of that, the soap and shampoo dispensers were either completely empty or we had to fight to get product out. So yea, the morning shower sucked.

I can forgive a lot when prices are low, but paying a couple of hundred bucks and not even getting a decent shower means I'll definitely be trying someplace else next time.
