I have stayed here a few times with the family and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is nice. I will definitely be staying here again. It is like a home away from home. Only complaint is that the front desk staff could be a little more friendly.

We booked this hotel and stayed with 4 families, very impressed with the hospitality and cleanliness of the apartments fully equipped kitchenette , and what was amazing and convenient having the laundry & dry installed inside each apartment, spaces living area ample sofas to lay back and relax ,
Beds were so comfortable, I loved the bed linen & terry fluffy pillows , clean ending up having a good night sleep , apartment no 316 if I remember only shortfall was the bedroom window black out curtains are not sufficient as the street lights disturb your sleep hope this will be looked into and will benefit other guest who will face the same situation overall a special praise the housekeeping team for keeping the apartments clean and tidy , we were booked the name of Ms Hansika ….

Nice rooms. Had an issue with the carpet at the door peeling up. I ended up taping it down so I could close the door. Maintenance never dealt with it after that. Tape was there for the whole week I was there

I have stayed here 9 months of the last year as a contract worker and have had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff here are kind and there is always maintenance going on for improvements. Bonus points for incredibly comfortable beds!

We stayed here as a pitstop between Jasper and Peace River. The room is essentially an apartment. Perfect for my family of 5, as long as your kids don’t struggle sharing a bed… Grande Prairie isn’t too huge, so it being on the West side isn’t too inconvenient.

Staying here long term for work:

Pros:
- Accessible location
- Underground parking, so car stays warm during winter months which is the biggest reason to choose this place
- Large rooms, comfortable beds
- Staff is largely very pleasant to interact with so very much appreciate that
- They provided with extra utensils when requested
- Full kitchen which I love and am grateful for

Cons:
- Internet does not work at all in some of the rooms, had to change rooms 3 times to get functional internet (took several weeks to sort out this singular issue)
- Noise level high in the corner room
- Several housekeeping issues: they threw my personal items to the ground when cleaning multiple times (immediately gets zero stars for that). Housekeeping and maintenance entered the rooms without permission multiple times, wallet and credit cards were misplaced after these visits. About 70% of the time, they don't replace tissue boxes, toilet paper and other accessories if they are missing and we always have to ask and pick them up from the front desk or remind housekeeping
- Rules and policies changed in the middle of our stay without written notice: can't stay in the rooms when they are cleaning (which I refused given the previous issues with privacy); guests non listed on their account can not call them for housekeeping issues even though this has not been a concern previously for over 4 weeks. Housekeeping only available once a week (had to beg them to pick up the garbage, now I usually just throw it the large bin in the basement myself (so much for housekeeping! but they seem to have changed that rule once again...)
- Management missing for 3+ weeks so no response or resolutions to the issues/complaints in time
- Several bulbs not working, had to be replaced, then were all different colored lights. Same issue when rooms changed
- Some doors or locks are non-functional... at this time tired of all the ongoing maintenance issues so don't even care about this. They did eventually fix one of the locks after few days when requested

I usually don't go around posting specific negative (or any) reviews, but the management right now does not seem to listen or care, so figured this review was warranted.

Edit: I would give zero stars if I could. The internet is essentially non-existent at times and my work is often online.
