Location, location, location. This is the greatest parking lot to eat your fast food in. Nobody wants that garbage cold, it has to be hot to be worth the calories. Watch out for lot lizards. Unless that's your thing, no judgement.

Recently stayed there for a week, first night the room next to me had crack heads, so didn’t sleep due to the noise and door slamming, there parking lot is a icy mess huge safety hazard. They didn’t clean or change towels for a week and found some old soggy panties by the bed so tells me they don’t clean the room when guests check out either! My truck was broke into and lots of items stolen they could care less to even attempt to look at cameras. Unless you’re a crack head i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The ladies in the lobby were very friendly and helpful to me. The rooms were old school, but clean and well kept for the price.

Sipps Lounge is a good place for something to eat and plenty of parking on site. Oh and did I mention they are one of only a few hotels in Grande Prairie with fast WiFi? Good stuff.

The room we had was exceptionally clean and quiet. The kitchen was excellent-with even an oven😊 The window could be opened to let in outside air so no air conditioning was needed. Staff was so accommodating and friendly! I liked having an outside entrance with my vehicle right outside the door. A mini courtyard complete with gazebo, BBQ and mini water feature was so relaxing.

I checked in on a Friday, checking out Wednesday morning.|Sat, sun, mon, tue…|During that whole time, there was no housekeeping.|No garbage change|No linen change|No coffee.|I asked the front desk Tuesday evening what was going on, they said that they would try to give priority to my room..|No, thanks, at this point it’s probably easier just to check out of the hotel room and just check in into a new room if I want to stay at the same hotel
