If you haven't used the services on Tina, you haven't had the best treatment in the world. She is absolutely AMAZING!! I have used hundreds of massage therapists in my life and she is by far the best I have experienced. I would highly recommend giving her a try. You will thank me BIG TIME!

I have been to several massage places and done several different physios over the years with very little success, for several car accidents and injuries. I went and saw Tina after I tore my hamstring , glut, and some other muscle which left me hardly able to walk. A friend had recommended Tina but I was SUPER reluctant in going to another therapist. I am glad I went as my experience has been unbelievable! I went in and explained that I wasn’t looking to nap while I got a massage, but fully expected things to get super uncomfortable during the session in hopes of feeling better long term. Three days after the first session, I could start putting weight on my leg. Two days after my second session, I could stand on the leg without my cane supporting me, AND rotate my hips. After the third session I was walking fair distances without the cane and able to do partial squats. I have now thrown the cane in the bushes and I am walking 100 percent on the leg. This might not seem like much to some, but my legs was basically an incredibly painful stump I dragged around with me when I started going here. I also had to commit to putting in an effort outside of my sessions but Tina gave me suggestions to try which in return had great results.
Tina’s expertise is so amazing that she can see what’s screwed up by the way I walk through their front doors. She has moved on to treating some old injuries of mine as well, with the same amazing results. I have had mornings where I get up with little to no immediate pain within a couple days after a session. For those that have extensive injuries like myself, this is likely thought of as a dream, and something I haven’t experienced in years.
Like I said earlier, my sessions are not naps and are not super comfortable at the time, but are tailored to my requests and long term goals. I have seen more progress in 6 sessions with Tina than 23 years of all different types of physios and massage therapies.

I can’t say enough good things about my own personal experiences with Tina and her Reset and Balance facility and staff. I will continue going until they get tired of me.

I have been going to reset and balance for over a year now and had appreciated their service. Been trying to get a hold of them for the past 3 weeks now, and failed to get a response. After sending multiple texts to both the owner, Tina and the main business phone number as well as multiple phone calls, I have finally given up and hate to express my utmost dissatisfaction and disappointment.
They have also moved my appointment 3 times now, I understand life happens and things are busy but this has happened way too many times. My husband and I will no longer be going this place.

Nicole is hands down the best RMT I have ever had . I left grande prairie for over 3 years and couldn’t wait until my return because I’ve never been treated so professionally and friendly And as a heavy duty mechanic my body needs a good deep tissue and I never feel better after she is completed
