I really enjoyed Jeffrey's!

We had reservations for our party of 3 (with a 4th to join later) & were seated in a nice, central booth promptly. The seat was super soft & comfy!

Our waitress was great! She was friendly & we didn't wait long to be served. She did have to check a few options when we were ordering as she wasn't sure of certain ingredients/availabilities. But she did get answers & she seemed happy to be doing her job.

Our drinks were FANTASTIC! I had 2 different margaritas & both were perfection. I had a frosted apple one & a rhubarb something or other one.

I had a chicken burger. It was amazing! With a side of roasted potatoes! It also comes with a nice pickle. Lovvveee pickles.

Portions were LARGE. None of us finished our plate, but we're offered containers for leftovers & did take advantage of that.

Nice ambiance. Clean establishment. Good service. Love the large windows.

There was ample parking available in the restaurant parking lot.

All in all, it was a great experience!

Stopped by Jeffrey's Cafe Co. last summer with coworkers while on a business trip. We had lunch on the patio, and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was great, and everyone enjoyed their meals. Definitely a nice spot to relax and grab a bite!

One of my best restaurant experiences. Plus, this place has shopping! What else could you ask for? Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Every option on the menu seemed to have a story. I enjoyed every bite!

I've been to Jeffrey's a few times for both dine-in, and most often through takeout. Today was another of those take out days in which I hoped to be in and out pretty quickly. I phoned my order in and picked up my order 15 minutes later.

When it came time to pay, the total caught me off guard—$51.19 for nachos and a slice of cheesecake. I paid but requested an itemized receipt to double-check. Reviewing it, I saw a $6 upcharge for dairy-free cheese, which was noted on the menu. However, I was surprised to find an additional $5 charge for… cooking. This seemed odd, especially since I had ordered the nachos for dine-in before and it did not have this charge. Why was it now applied to takeout?

I brought this to the attention of the young woman assisting me, and she also found the charge unusual. She went to get the manager for clarification. After a while, she returned, saying even the manager agreed the charge was strange and was going to come speak with me. When no one came after waiting some time, she went to find the manager again. At this point, I didn’t want to wait another 15–20 minutes to ask why I was being charged extra for my food to be cooked. With no one at the customer service desk, I decided to leave.

Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand managers can’t always be available immediately. However, when I called to place my order, I was told it was the only one in the queue. Additionally, the restaurant was nearly empty, with just a couple of occupied tables. This gave me the impression that the manager was putting me off.

While the young woman assisting me was kind and professional, the unexplained upcharge and lack of timely resolution left me frustrated. As someone who’s enjoyed Jeffrey’s in the past, this experience has definitely tainted my view.

Recently had our Salon Christmas party up stairs for a private event. It was absolutely perfect. The custom catered turkey dinner, the private bar, the amazing server, and the incredible atmosphere. This space was such a vibe and a little more affordable then a few local distilleries we inquired with! We definitely book this venue again in the future!

Jeffrey's Cafe deserves five stars! Their local bison burger had a tasty patty, although the bun was a tad dry. Kudos to the friendly and helpful waitress. The cozy ambiance rounded up a great dining experience.

We waited about 45 minutes before asking about our food not arriving. We were told our order was “rang in but not put through”. All in all we were there 1.5 hours and had to get our food to go because the newborn baby we had tried to bring out to his first brunch had run out of patience. In that time we were only checked on once by a server to see how we’re doing. We received a 10% discount on our food but this isn’t enough for me to recommend coming here.

My daughter ordered the eggs Benedict that had shrimp in it. She ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. When I called the restaurant to let them know they apologized but did not ask what she ate and were quick to get off the phone. I insisted that they know what had been served so they could let their kitchen staff know. The person on the phone didn’t ask any follow up questions, just got off the phone. I emailed the company to follow up. I have not heard anything in regards to our situation or how they handled the shrimp on their end. I understand things happen, but follow up on actions taken so that other patrons do not have the same experience or a response/follow up etc. would have gone along way.
