I recently had an incredible massage experience with Caroline, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I entered the spa, Caroline made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to listen to my needs and tailored the session to address my specific areas of tension.

The massage itself was nothing short of amazing. Caroline’s technique was both firm and soothing, striking the perfect balance between relaxation and relief. She expertly worked out the knots in my shoulders and back, and I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely rejuvenated.

Not only is Caroline highly skilled, but she also has a calm, welcoming presence that made the entire experience feel incredibly personalized and nurturing. The ambiance of the space was also perfect—soft lighting, calming music, and a peaceful atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience.

I specifically booked a therapeutic massage as I wasn’t wanting deep tissue, and this was the most painful massage I’ve ever had in my life. Upon entering the room, the therapist was not communicative at all, didn’t ask me what I wanted worked on or if I was experiencing any pain etc, but made a point to ask me if I was pregnant because my jacket made me look pregnant (I’m not). Receiving a comment like that was extremely shocking, so the massage did not start off great. I asked if she could focus on upper body only and my whole body was done. The one tolerable part of the massage was my lower body however, so it was nice to give my shoulders a break honestly. Throughout the entire massage I was in extreme pain. Spent almost the full hour with my face scrunched in pain and holding my breath and when I let her know I was in pain she did not let up in pressure at all but just continued to tell me my back was tight. She also started the massage by *splashing* oil onto my back which was startling and uncomfortable. While she massaged my back I was being scratched by her fingernails the entire time as well which obviously just added to the discomfort and pain. Now that it’s been several hours, I’m starting to bruise around my shoulders which she was extremely rough on. I’ve never felt this type of pain even during a deep tissue massage. Very concerning and I won’t be booking with this therapist again. I believe her name is Christine.

I had my first massage at this location with Gabrielle, it was the most unprofessional massage I have ever had. She laughed through the whole process, there was zero relaxation. She asked where my problem areas were, and I told her mostly my upper back, she made the comment that she starts on the legs and I told her I didn't need my legs done. She started touching my back and she said it was bad, so she would focus there. She was constantly giggling, I found out that she failed her final for massage therapy, but because it was Covid, she graduated any way. When I was finished and got up to get dressed, I was extremely dizzy and nauseous immediately. I went to the front (the receptionist was good) and paid. I had to sit in my car for 15 minutes before I could drive due to being dizzy. I ended up vomiting on myself in my car as I could not make it home, and it took me 3 hours to be somewhat okay. I've been getting massaged for 3 years and never had that issue. I spoke to my chiropractor and massage therapist and they said that isn't a normal reaction unless she spent too much time in one spot. She focused on a knot in my neck for 30 minutes out of the sixty minutes I booked. I will never go back, and I should have never even paid.

Without a doubt, she is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ll be booking all of my future massages with her. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Helena highly enough!

Had a massage here for the first time and I’m surprised with the positive reviews. My therapist didn’t even talk to me. She said “have you had a massage before?” I said Yes. She said okay. And she let me get ready. She didn’t ask if my pressure was okay, what my concerns were etc. She spoke one sentence to me at the begging and that were done at the end. I couldn't Hear any music but some banging noises and her sniffling the entire time. The front end girl was wonderful, but my massage therapist made me feel like I was a chore to her. It was weird not speaking to her at all before.

Booked last minute which was nice to get in late. Booked a deep tissue with Tom. He was very nice but the massage itself was super poor. Wasn’t even close to deep tissue . Very light and soft pressure. Asked for my arm and hands to be main focus and he hardly worked on them. The flow was choppy just not a good massage

Had a 60 minute massage with Rowena RMT. It was okay, not the greatest because they were closing shop at 9pm so it definitely felt rushed and not thorough unfortunately. After a 1 minute conversation right before getting massaged in regards to where I am hurting and sore pains, I will be going else where because of my experience. Staff is nice however it was not worth my time today. I’ve been getting massaged for a long time and this time I did not feel like a priority.
