staff: always friendly host staff and serving staff.

service: it wasn’t too busy when we stopped in. Service was pretty quick.

establishment: big restaurant. Mixture of booths, tables and bar seats. Also indoor patio seats. Clean bathrooms. Kid/family friendly.

food: always great flavour and great portion sizes.

First time visiting and we were blown away! Very fast & friendly service and the food was outstanding! I ordered the spicy chicken burger (and added pickles). It was seriously the best chicken burger I’ve ever had! My wife & son ordered some hot wings (perfect) as well as chicken lettuce wraps & gazoyas(?) and were thoroughly impressed. Even my lime/soda water came with a side of lime juice which was great. Will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for some time now and what stands out to me is the consistency in quality from one visit to the next. I have never left feeling disappointed or underwhelmed regardless of who is working or behind the bar. The entire staff does a wonderful job of creating a warm and welcoming environment and the kitchen always puts out great food that leaves me satisfied. Given the other options available in Manning Center its really a no brainer to pop in here.

So I’ll say the serving staff are awesome here. They were pleasant and attentive and gave us a great experience. The food was good, consistent for Browns. The reason I gave it one star is because we were greeted at the door by the manager on duty who immediately confiscated my 3 year olds tiny steamed milk from Starbucks. It was almost empty, any my toddler cried for the first 5 minutes of our stay because it was taken away. I understand the no outside food/drink rules, but this is simply rude and unnecessary. Would you have taken my daughter’s formula if had it too? For a restaurant that claims to be family friendly, you need to have a hard look at this behavior. I won’t be back at this location.

We’ve always loved coming to Brown’s. Outstanding service and we love the atmosphere. The only thing on the menu that I will never order is the steak. I have had steak 3x at this restaurant and it always comes out cold. Vegetables lukewarm. Tasty, but lukewarm. Perhaps there is something that can be done to make the food is piping hot and stays hot once it’s plated up.

Great service both from our waitress and the manager on duty at the time. I liked that they had a small version of the nachos. The food was pretty good but the prices were a bit steep. 4/5 due to the prices, otherwise would have been 5/5
