The theatre is in a nice location - easy to get to from either North or South Edmonton & Sherwood Park. You can book tickets online, like all other Cineplex Cinemas, but it's a shame that you have to pay "booking" fees now. This location does have a large parking lot and several restaurants surrounding it. There is also a spacious outdoor seating/lounging area at the front of the theatre, with cute patio lights and furniture. The concession & ticket area is pretty standard for a Cineplex. The main areas are clean, bright, and spacious. The staff is friendly, and typically, this location isn't too busy, so that makes concession purchases go by quickly. The biggest bummer about this location is that it doesn't have any upgraded/renovated seating. Which is honestly why it's not a 5 star rating. It's old seating and no recliners ... so it's not necessarily my top choice when choosing a Cineplex Theatre.

I was really disappointed walking into the theater to find popcorn, bags, and trash all over the floor and seats. It looked like no one had cleaned up between showings. For the price of tickets these days, I expect a clean and comfortable environment. Hopefully, management improves the upkeep.

We love that the seating is staged that you can see over the row in front of you, especially as we’re short. However when someone sits in the seat in front of you, their chair leans back on your knees if you’re tall or wear a leg brace (my daughter wears one). She was pinned in her seat and the seat in front of her was crunching her knee cap and causing a great deal of pain. We had to move to the front row accessible seating.

It’s unfortunate that the accessible seating is only on the ground floor. Although my daughter was grateful for the leg room, you are seated so close and low to the screen that it’s difficult to watch the movie and nearly impossible to take in the entire screen. We were watching a 3D movie, so the top and sides of the screen which were in our peripheral vision were blurry the entire movie.

Also, everyone who leaves their seat for the washroom or anything (there were 15+ people this evening out and back) that walked right in front of us. I understand that people need to use the restrooms etc but it’s poorly designed for people needing accessible seating to have their movie experience be so disruptive. It is as disruptive as the preview shows with Tommy texter & chatty Cathy etc.

Yes, the theatre is accessible however you may not enjoy the experience or find value in it in the accessible row.

Note: Not every cinema # in the theatre is designed the same. Last movie we went to in a different cinema # had a walking path to the screening booth (more space between our back row of seats and the row in front of us) and therefor was not pinned in the seat and enjoyed the movie very much without disruptions.

The floors aren't sticky and the seats are clean and comfortable.

Recently we saw the new LoTR film, purchased popcorn, paid the 2.50 upcharge for layered butter and found the popcorn stale and dry. Bummer but not the end of the world.

Pretty good staff, friendly and courteous.

Very dirty. It feels like they didn’t clean here for a while. It needs deep cleaning. I’d prefer to go to the different theatre next time even though it’s a longer drive…

Went to see Wicked on a Thurs. No lineups, not busy, small theatre (prob because it was Thurs). I hate their seats though, but these ones weren't as bad as the ones that fling you backward and the whole row moves. Just wish people wouldn't put their feet on the seats ahead of them and push themselves back farther because the person in front of me kept hitting my legs with their seat. Movie was also extremely loud and I needed to wear my headphones to muffle it, it legit hurt me.

Me and my family (around 15 people) wanted to watch a movie during the 2-3 days we all don't have work or school. There are 3 major releases (Nosferatu, a complete unknown, the brutalitst) happening on Christmas and this theatre doesn't have showings for ANY OF THEM. I would understand if it were just on Christmas day, but it appears there are no showings AT ALL for any of these movies. Very disappointing.
