I was working late and stopped in just as the kitchen was closing. I was grateful that they made a plate of nachos and I was able to get a little bit more done. The food was hot and the music was entertaining.

Went in for a quick bite after a movie on a Thursday night. Typical sports bar atmosphere with lots of tv screens for the hockey game and a pool table. We had the pasta specials one with pesto and the other with the rose sauce which were both very good. I didn’t want the cream in my pesto sauce and the chef had no problem with the request. Our waitress Abby was so welcoming and friendly and reminded us about the pasta specials and I am so glad she did. Would definitely go again.

Wings were pretty decent. Service was pretty slow and we had to get up to find the waitress for the bill, but it was busy. What was confusing was that I ordered a Sapporo and got a dark coloured beer instead. Not too sure what it was (it wasn't a Guinness), but it supposedly came out of the Sapporo tap. Thankfully it wasn't a huge deal because my second choice was a Guinness or another dark-coloured beer.

My husband and I went over here for Wing Wednesday and to watch the hockey game the other night. The wings were fine, but the service absolutely tanked. It was a louder night, but not over all super busy. We were sat for over 30 minutes before seeing a waitress, she finally took our drink order and didn’t come back for another 25. If we had seen her running around the restaurant, we would’ve been more inclined to be more patient, as we understand things get busy. She passed us several times, each time without our drinks which could’ve easily been placed on her tray and dropped off. She’d run past our table, tap it and say she was grabbing whatever we had asked for or to take our order, but would take nearly 30 minutes each time to come back. We saw her maybe 3 times, and what should’ve been a quick in and out for some wings, we were there almost 3 hours, had only 1 drink refill and nothing else, never asked us if we needed anything, and you couldn’t catch her otherwise. Also, they cease to mention that pop refills are not free on Wednesdays, which seems like a scam to get you in the end. While it’s just pop, I understand, be upfront with customers so they can decide what they want to do with that information. It wasn’t until we asked for the bill (3 different times) that she finally came and had a second to stop and chat, to which she instantly brought up her children and Christmas coming, which to us felt like tip baiting. Terrible experience, which tanks because the atmosphere seemed like it could be fun, and the food (wings at least) wasn’t bad.

I find the service was unsatisfactory. After we paid for our first order with the first attendant which she said she was off. I order for a last beer. The next attendant twice came tonight to our table asking if we were done even she saw my glass was still full. We said we’re still ok. Then left and says “ oh G with other costumer”. Felt insulted its just because i ordered with her just 1 beer and she keeps on coming back if we were done? We were there to relax after a long hour work in the hospital. When we were done nobody came so i left a 10 dollar bill to pay my 1 glass. Good service

I have never been to "The Reach" before. I simply popped in as I was early to visit friends in the area. It was 3:30 on a Friday afternoon before the Christmas week ahead. The place was packed, filled with people smiling, laughing, and having fun. I didn't order any food. The people and staff were super friendly, and the price on my favorite craft brew was an amazing $4!!! Plenty of TVs for the sports enthusiasts and KENO as well.

We Have been going here for a few years. And I must tell you the service and the food are absolutely amazing. It's such a nice vibe and people. They are so welcoming the drinks are half the price. Then, most restaurants in the city of Maple Ridge highly recommend a night out with ur family or friends
