Hidden gem. I love this place. Warm & welcoming. They have everything you need. I strongly recommend stopping by for fuel, food, and beverages. You’ll be welcomed in with a smile.

Great service, friendly and helpful. Have lottery tickets, gas (usually cheaper than anywhere else), coffee, pop, ice, other grocery items, cigarettes and even fast food. The fast food consists of Breakfast sandwiches, Donairs, Burgers, Home maid pizza and side dishes. Prices for fast food maybe higher as this is an older list. Lots of products in this place. Wheel chair might have a hard time but walkers - ok. Slant on walk to door but no handicap parking stall. Not too busy except around lunch time.

This is a great community "corner store" It reminds me of some of the local grocery stores I went to as a child. Yes, the prices are a little high but being the only store in a mobile home park, it is understandable. Not only do they offer regular grocery items, they also have hot food available. Their individual pizzas are great! Propane and dog food if you need it early in the morning or later at night. Gas bar as well. The only thing I wish they offered would be incense....but I am so glad they are in our community!

Extremely overpriced. They sell items that they aren’t legally allowed to sell like pastries that are bought in boxes from walmart for 3$ and they sell them individually in the plastic wraps for 4$ each. Their food is almost always close to the expiration date but always 2x more expensive than any other store. The store is EXTREMELY dirty. I would never eat any of their food there as the kitchen would not pass a health inspection whatsoever. They don’t wear gloves or hair nets when making the food.

All in all, it’s people that don’t live in the park and make a good chunk of money from those who do.

This is our go-to convenience store here in the Park. They have a great selection of merchandise as well as your typical convenience store munchies and butts. They also sell fast food there and I know that their individual personal pizzas sell very well at lunch time with the parking lot filling up with vehicles from the surrounding industrial area loading up for lunch.
The owners have just finished a re-branding and the new signage looks great! Definitely worth stopping for a quick take-out bite or any of your convenience store needs.

The pizza is really good. They take phone orders but don't think they deliver. The menu has a good selection. The store offers a very good selection of everyday needs and some added treat along the way
They also have a lottery depot and a gas bar.

Went here for lunch as there isn't much in the area. A hidden gem. The pizza I bought was fantastic. Buy one even if you aren't hungry, absolutely delicious
