J’ai parcouru tout le Canada et pire camping que l’on est eu
44 hors saison pas d’eau pas d’égout c’est complètement ridicule et cher et que dire du train tout les 10 minute qui mène un vacarme d’enfer
Si vous devez aller à quelque par je vous conseille le Walmart en ville

This RV park is a great choice, conveniently located near the mall and other amenities, as well as places close by to pick up propane.
Right behind the park, only about 25 feet there are train tracks, there is a train that runs frequently. Yes, it can be loud, especially with a highway nearby, around 150 meters away. While the area isn't completely quiet, it really comes down to what you’re comfortable with. If trains and highway noise don’t bother you, this RV park could be just the right spot for you—we really enjoyed our time there. Although it wouldn’t be our pick for a long-term stay, we spent about three months and found it quite pleasant.
The managers are wonderful, friendly people who go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and happy. They live on-site, so they're always available if you need anything.
Plus, there are nice walking trails nearby—definitely take your dog for a walk.
Overall, it’s a safe, friendly place to stay, and you'll feel right at home.

We stopped in for a night on our way home and thought about staying another day because it was such a pleasant stay. The owners are very nice and care very much about their campground. Will definitely be back.

We loved this little campground! True, there is no laundry, shower or washrooms. No big deal! The management team was so nice and friendly. Escorted us to our site, ensured we had everything we needed and is just off #1 before getting into town on the east side. The property was very well maintained.

New management is kind and accommodating. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights with our dog and it was awesome as we live full time in our camper we’ve dealt with a diversity of camping grounds and can vouch these people are awesome! Pet friendly and quiet. I see others complaining about the train in reviews but in reality there’s nothing they can do about that whatsoever and the kindness these people have makes up for it for sure. Great place to stay if you want to feel welcome and comfortable.

This is our first time camping and we are also living in our fifth wheel! And I must say the new management has gone above and beyond our expectations!! They are simply amazing people, they make you feel like part of a big family and welcome you with kindness and knowledge on camping! Very quiet here as well we don’t even notice the trains going by! Could be worse they could be blowing their horn, but they don’t! All round it’s an amazing place and they have amazing new management!! Very happy to be here!!

Booked a week here while travelling across Canada and waiting for a vehicle to be serviced in Calgary - no issues, everyone was friendly - park is well kept with the management working constantly on other sites/ the general park. Very quiet in general and especially at night. As other reviews have stated there is a train pretty close, but it's not that loud and doesn't come by very often. As a first time RVer driving and backing in a motorhome can be a bit nerve-racking, however I was assisted by management guiding me into the campsite.

The nature walk was great, my kids loved taking photos of cacti and butterflies. The train is very close though so as I was getting kids to bed it was disruptive. I don't know if it ran through the night, once everyone was asleep no one woke up to it.
