My hubby gave me the treat of a half spa day for our post wedding and I have to say I really enjoyed the spa. I had a body treatment (scrumptious scrub and wrap) performed by Christine and it was one of the best body treatments I’ve experienced. I will continue to come to this spa and can’t wait to get pampered again!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the Spa at Ambleside. I often travel for exceptional spa experiences, but this time I wanted to try something local. A dear friend was visiting, and we both wanted a pampering session without leaving the city. Meeting Joy and Melanie was an absolute pleasure—their attention to detail was incredible, creating an escape that truly felt like we were far from the hustle of city life. I meet many people in my travels, but Joy and Melanie stood out; their passion shines through in the quality of their service. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience! Love this spa! Due to unforeseen circumstances on their end some of my services had to be changed (which is fine, life happens) They went above and beyond to make sure I still had a great experience. The spa is clean and quiet, the lounge area is the perfect environment to wait for your services with comfy seats, drinks and snacks. Each one of my service providers were friendly and professional. Would recommended to anyone looking for a true luxury spa experience.

Went to this spa today thinking I would be getting the generic massage experience, but was in for an exceptional experience that I’ve never experienced in Edmonton. This spa is amazing, truly provides an upscale and outstanding experience. From the receptionist at the front to the staff inside, supper attentive and caring. Amazing atmosphere throughout the facility, clean, and classy. Sauna and snacks, cozy area with seating that makes you want to stay the whole day.
Will definitely be recommending to many!
Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the services they offer!

I recently visited this spa and had the most rejuvenating experience! The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment.

The amenities were top-notch—from the serene atmosphere to the cozy relaxation areas, every detail was perfect. I especially loved the sauna, which was the perfect way to unwind before my body scrub and massage. Both treatments were heavenly, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and pampered.

Wow. Beautiful and clean salon! I had a massage with cupping with Jennifer and she was so sweet, helpful with some at home stretches post massage and overall did a wonderful job! The spa offers snacks and drinks as well as some sauna time after services. Which means you don’t feel rushed to leave and you get time to continue relaxing. Overall great experience with all of the staff and services. Will definitely be back!!

I am grateful for a good friend of mine to have worked with this Spa to even give me the heads up that it exists! I have been lucky enough to go for several treatments so far, including a Mother's Day package last year, a pedicure with my best friend, and most recently some quality time with my mom to pamper her on her birthday. I had an Illuminating Facial that was one of the best facials I have ever had and the girl who did it was so informative, it made my day that she was able to walk me through my question about a problem I had. All in all, this Spa is not only stunning, its layout is smart, the staff are beyond friendly and professional, but it also has the BEST amenities. If you are looking to book a simple service or a whole day at the spa - this should be the place!
