I recently started going to Jules + Stella MediSpa and I love it, not only was the Matrix treatment super awesome and relaxing but Rachelle was such an amazing person to take care of me! She is so real and sweet. She really makes you feel comfortable! 5/5 The Spa was very clean and gorgeous inside. The minute I walked I was greeted and got offered a beverage. Yesterday was my first time visiting Jules & Stellan. The staff are wonderful, making you feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. The space is clean and relaxing. I had laser hair removal done by Richelle, she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She has a fun but professional personality which makes you feel relaxed throughout the process. She explained what she is doing and checks in frequently to make sure you are getting the best personal experience. Would 10/10 recommend.

I wanted a non-surgical face treatment that would provide a gradual and natural result over time. I went on the internet and found RF Microneedling would be the best treatment for my skin concerns.
I then searched different local businesses that provided this treatment. I was extremely impressed when I read about Jules and Stellan and how passionate Rachelle is about skin care. The business is clean and the atmosphere felt very inviting. Hunter is very personable and easy to talk to. She did the prep work before my treatment started and did a follow-up.
Rachelle is outstanding. She has such a down to earth personality which made me feel at ease right away. She explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. During the treatment she explained what was happening and would ask how I was doing. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. Seeing how beautiful Rachelle's skin looks with no makeup, I knew I came to the right place as she has the expertise in skin care that I am looking for.

Rachelle was so amazing and knowledgeable! Everything was explained and after the facial my skin felt amazing. There was also no sensitivity after the facial and no issues in the days after. I will definitely be going back.
