This is the first Manicure where I’ve been cut over 5 times. The place is pretty gross and no one wears gloves. My lines are more uneven than someone getting a hair cut with a knife. I would have preferred to break my leg than the pain of how they handle my nails. Do yourself a favour skip the infection and go any where else.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to for a pedicure. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going. You barely get into the chair and you’re done, very rushed, overcharged, and a kindergartener could have done a better job!!! To top it all off not only do you feel like your being talked about to eachother in their own language but they have the t.v blaring so loudly in their foreign launguage that you couldn’t hear anyone talk. Very small room, the “massage” chairs I swear were from the 1940’s. Very disappointed! 😡

Tried this place with friends. I had never had a acrylic nails and decided to give them a try. No one really liked their nails expect me. But that can be a matter of opinion. I did like the nails I received however they were very firm about what they would and wouldn’t do despite my requests seeming not too much in my opinion. But I let it go because I did like the set. However I did get lifting that night and I returned to have them fixed a few days later at the suggestion of others.

The main reason for my one star review is the significant nail damage I experienced. When I returned to have the lifting nails fixed one nail was tore off using a nail tip causing significant damage to my otherwise healthy nail. I asked why he wasn’t soaking the tip off and was told it was ‘quicker’ and ‘almost done’. I was apprehensive and uncomfortable while he roughly pried at the nail. It was painful and I told him and he said it was almost done and he didn’t like it either (which is a odd response). I wish I had spoken up but I had never had nails removed and was a bit in shock. When the nail was removed i was horrified. I saw that layers were torn off to only the base soft layer protecting the nail bed. It was soft, sensitive, and playable when I touched it. The remove was very painful and I had to be forceful that I wanted the other nail soaked off. I didn’t know what to do. It will take months for my natural nail to heal from this trauma. The tech did not seemed at all bothered by the damage to my nail. I knew it was wrong and I did ask some more experienced friends later and my suspicions were right. This is NOT how nails should be removed at all and the damage was completely avoidable.

Also had my daughters nails done while there and hers are angled up and they refused to do the design she asked for despite another employee saying previously they could. I was quoted less for her design by one employee then charged almost $20 more.

I do feel bad to leave such a low review because this is a local family business. I understand nail art and styles are all very personal and technical skill can very. But when it comes to damaging a persons nails as severely as mine was I felt I had to.

Not very happy! Only customer & felt swarmed with 2 ladies going as quick as they could, so I was twisted in chair somewhat so manicure could all be done on left sidearm🤷‍♀️ then lady doing pedicure cut my great right toe, which is now infected!🤬 so I have been soaking for 2 days. Not quite the pampering I was anticipating.

No. Won’t be going back. Looking for a new place. The young man that did my pedicure was rushing and I got an infected right toe now. He also cut me somehow on the top of my foot and it was stinging. Too busy watching the tv to see how it happened. He was looking at the clock so much. Even the lady that did my manicure was rushing so much that I felt really uncomfortable and it wasn’t that busy. The prices are good but the results….not!

I called early in the day to check if they had time to do my nails later that evening. I was told to come at 5:30. They were finally able to get me in at 6:30 after sitting and waiting for an hour. The appointment felt very rushed, with them switching from doing another customers nails, then back to mine, and then theirs and so on. I don’t get my nails done ever so I’m not sure what is standard but they used old nail files and didn’t look like anything was cleaned in between customers. The man started my nails, with his wife (assuming) painting and finishing them. All of my nails are different lengths although not super noticeable unless pointed out. My cuticles weren’t pushed back at all and the nails were placed far enough from the cuticle that they already look grown out immediately after. To make matters worse, they painted over the gap so it looks absolutely terrible. And this is their idea of a “coffin” nail. I had also chosen a nice purple colour and the lady came back and started painting them a deep dark brown colour- which I immediately corrected. I wouldn’t recommend going here and I won’t be back. I posted a photo for reference also.

Update: I ended up with multiple infected and painful fingers that persisted even after getting the nails removed
