C'est un lieu idéal pour prendre soin de vos ongles. Le personnel, dirigé par Amy, est très accueillant et prend le temps de se connaître. Ils sont exceptionnels dans leur domaine et savent très bien ce que vous aimez ou n'aimez pas. Chaque fois que vous y allez, vous vous sentez à l'aise et appréciez le temps passé là-bas.

Les employés sont très talentueux et offrent toujours un service de qualité. Le salon est accessible en fauteuil roulant, ce qui en fait un choix idéal pour les personnes ayant des mobilités réduites. This is the place to do and get nails! Amy and staff are so friendly and they sure get to know you. They are amazing at what they do and with the pics the first one was my idea and then the second one I just gave them the idea and they sure know when you kept going what you like or or not done to your nails. Every time I go in there I feel so welcomed and love the time I have to spend bc I have a blast. They are so talented! And just the best! Happy new year!

I have been a regular customer although I don’t go too often. I usually just get a basic manicure and/or pedicure. The person I normally see who always did a great job has left and someone new gave me a terrible manicure. I was done in 15 minutes! My nails were left very uneven and rough. She used a Dremel tool on the cuticles which was uncomfortable and left one bloody. Worst manicure ever and disappointing since I’ve always had good service there. Probably won’t go back.

The best nail salon I've been to! Amy is so friendly and finished a whole new acrylic set within an hour. Very good pricing and clean store as well. I'm not from medicine hat but I'd come back just for her.

I hate to write a bad review but..this is pretty bad. Very nice people and nice place but the nails I had done yesterday are just bad. The surface is not smooth, all the nails are a different shape. When I mentioned that the surface was wavy, he seemed shocked that I couldn't see what he saw, which apparently was a perfectly shaped nail. I don't like arguing or making a bid deal so I said ya ok whatever and let him finish. I definitely will not be going back. The nail shape is all wrong, anyone can see they aren't even lol. Product build up too close to cuticles. Just no. Sorry Diva Nails. Nice people and I feel bad but a customer shouldn't leave with nails like this.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff were so incredibly rude to my daughter and I. Rolling their eyes at us, and arguing over what product I had on my nails. Unbelievable!!
We will NEVER go there again

Amazing pedicure, probably the best I've ever had. Hot rocks and oil massage on my legs and a charcoal detox added to the foot bath.

Walked in to try and see if I could get a fill and pedi, was able to book for a mani, but then they said they would do both.. amazing! All wonderful there. Super nice and I love my nail! I would never have picked the colour they did but I am holiday ready now!! Will definitely be back!
