Best of the best! This place was amazing. The food was great, one of the best burgers you can have. The service was beyond the best I've had. Zoe was fantastic, she never stopped to take a breather and just worked non stop pumping out drink orders. Ppl sat at the bar while there table was being prepared and got drink and when their table was ready, the servers made sure they didn't take their own drinks and bus the drinks to the table for them. Top notch all around. A must stop in place for sure.

Portions were laughably small. We'd been traveling and eating at restaurants for a few weeks, this was the only place we noted how small the portions were. Specifically I had the cod, the size was what I give my 2 year old son. Actually. They filled the plate with plain rice which could have used at least some butter or oil. My wife had their minuscule steak, which made her laugh upon seeing it. Even the drinks had the cups filled to the brim with ice chunks to save themselves a few cents. We had a starter and entries, it was $93, and we left hungry. My wife suggested ordering a second portion of everything, but I would not give these people another cent of business. It's insulting to the customer, and a huge waste of time. Also, the service was really slow, despite the place being understandably empty. We'll eat somewhere else now.

The flavor, plating, etc is good, they just skimp to an embarrassing level. The manager must be a real money-grubber looking to squeeze money out of customers rather than give them a nice meal that they are happy to pay for. I'm laughing now thinking back how the cook took a normal cod fillet, and rather than put it on the plate, instead cut it into 3 or 4 little pieces to stretch supplies. And the same for the steak. What a joke.

Browns is a Roadhouse style restaurant but with a slightly elevated menu. We had a few appies for dinner and they were all quite good. Not spectacular but not disappointing.

Delivery drivers are employees as you. The more you neglect to serve their pick up orders, the worst we get. We lost money time and even our rate goes bellow. In another hand the customer who trusted your dishes may get disappointed.
I truly spent here 38 minutes for a chicken sandwich on Dec 28 2024. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time. The girl responded that she didn't know what was going on with chefs. 😂😂😂😂😂 we deserve right, as well

Not to forget, we have always had good experience there but not today. Our server didn’t greet us properly nor did she tried to make us feel good about visiting the place. We pre-ordered the food but it was all cold and burnt.

Ordered through skip as we’re in Medicine Hat from out of town, and staying in a hotel. Courier had to wait 20 minutes at the restaurant for them to bring the food. Food was cold on delivery (it’s 6 minutes from the hotel.) Salads in our order didn’t include the utensils that we had to pay for. For the price this was a disappointing experience.

My husband and I went here and we both ordered steak. He had the steak and pasta and I ordered the chargrilled steak.
It was a huge disappointment. First of all, the portions are tiny and the price is crazy and my "steak" was so not a steak cut meat, it had a tenden in it. I ordered it medium rare and it was so chewy, I kept choking on it and it had barely any flavor.
The waitress was very nice but that did not make up for the quality of the food
