Disappointing. Husband has been raving about the sandwiches and was excited to try for myself. Ordered an Engineer and the bottom piece of bread was so soggy it was actually dripping water when picked up. The paper beneath the sandwich was even wet. The lettuce didn't appeared to have been drained before being put on the sandwich. My son ordered the Beef/Cheddar brisket sandwich which he found tasteless. When my husband, who had the same sandwich before, tried it he too thought it was lackluster and not the same as before. As the other two subs from our order were good, we will be willing to try another time.

The food here is absolutely delicious—every bite just melts in your mouth! The steamed buns are a standout, total 🔥🔥. Also, don’t miss the sauce selection at the pickup window—it’s definitely worth trying!

It’s quite a lively spot in Medicine Hat! I tried the Italian flavor sandwich, and they were incredibly flavorful. The staff was not only quick in serving but also very warm and friendly, really making the experience enjoyable.

This place is an absolute gem!! What a treat to buy a meal that didn’t leave you feeling ripped off! The sub was stuffed with meat, the sauce was delicious & the bread was soft & fresh. I had a steak & cheese & asked them to add pickles… whoever decided to dice the pickles instead of slicing them for a sub is a genius. It was more like a relish, which was fantastic. I’ll be dreaming of that sub until I can get back there! So happy to have this franchise in The Hat!

I didn’t order (wife did) so no comment on service. For the Club sub and it was delicious! Are after 10 min after purchase so wasn’t fresh warm from steamer and it was still excellent. Bread (white) slightly crusty on exterior and soft interior, meat was warm and flavourful (honey ham, bacon and turkey), veggies fresh and crisp, and the sauce they put on was sweet and a slight mayo tang to it.

Overall a great sandwich. I would recommend. Price is in line anywhere else that serves a good sandwich.

Absolutely amazing!! Thought I’d give the restaurant some time to open and figure out the kinks before going there and judging way to early like most people writing reviews. Honestly best sub I’ve ever had, in my opinion way better than Subway but that’s just me… they FILL your sub with lots of meat and veggies you definitely get what you pay for and the bread O.M.G Fresh!! That’s all I ever ask for is not have my sub dried.

I got the Hook and Ladder (Toasted) really not sure why people on here are complaining about the bread being soggy because it’s not even close. Staff are friendly. I would give 5 stars but there are only 2 tables in the restaurant. I do think there should be more tables added or even a stand up table connected to the wall with bar stools.
10/10 would recommend
