Meilleur steak au Keg ou Montana

I had reservations and they sat us at the front door where my wife was freezing. I asked for a warmer seat and they put us in the lounge in front of a big screen tv with wrestling on. The ribs and shrimp were so dry they were inedible. They didn’t even ask why we left most of the meals on the plates. Ruined our valentines dinner. Bad seating, food and service. We won’t be back.

I used to love this place, but it has completely gone downhill. We were the only people in there during lunch, and the waitress was in the back chatting with the cooks. Took 20 minutes for her to acknowledge us, another half hour in order to get a drink and order food, another hour to receive food. As for the food, we got the onion loaf to share, it was basically oily mush, and the Food we ordered individually was cold and Completely dried out. I hope it was just that one day but I’m afraid to go back and try again and lose more money for just throwing it away.

I went in around 7ish with my boyfriend, and everything was going fine until our calamari came out and it was mostly chunks of flour and tasted like the oil in the fryers needed to be changed. We told our server and she didn’t really care all the much but got it removed. Right after that we heard our server go into the kitchen (we were seated right by it) and bad mouth tables, cuss about this and that very loudly. Once we got our food we never got checked on, she only took our food away and gave us the bill. Wont be coming back 🙁

Update stopped back for another meal wanted fish and chips after seeing the photo of them online. But was a mistake should of stay with what I know that's good which is the steaks. The fish was smaller pieces & also had lots of salt on them. Wouldn't recommend the fish...

Was very hungry and wanted a good steak for supper. Well Tony Roma's didn't disappoint other then they had ran out of my favorite steak the Rib Eye. I ordered up a New York strip medium rare and had potato skins for a appy and my fiance had a full rack.
The meal was very good and the service was equally as good. The washroom was even top notch and pretty clean unlike some restaurant they get messy and not looked after. It was a bonus that's for sure will be back again for my next craving for a tasty steak.

Had an amazing experience at tony Romas food was absolutely delicious, and affordable price , Love there pastas especially there Mediterranean pasta , onion loaf are the best . Staff are polite and attentive. Service are great I will surely be back here and will recommend to all of my friends. Overall restaurant appearance are great and super clean .

1 staff member for a massive section. We had made a reservation for a party of 9 so they knew a group was coming in and while the server was trying he literally was running between the all the tables. But it was too much for 1 person.

Food came out with some of it cold. The quality of the ribs was very disappointing, and on top of this the place was not clean because they were understaffed.

The staff there were trying their best. The definitely was not their fault. But this was a very disappointing outing for to celebrate Grandma's 100th birthday.
