The food here was really good but such a badly laid out restaurant. It's a huge space with these odd tables and big chairs. The food tasted delicious and the service was excellent. The menu is huge and prices are pretty typical for an Indian restaurant. I say give this place a try and overlook the weird layout.

My wife and I ordered the butter chicken combos, mild and SPICY SPICY SPICY. I was really excited when I heard that this was an option. The starter salads and samosa were great! When we got the meals, there was a clear difference in colour between the two, which had me a little nervous. I was initially second guessing my decision, but after trying it I was pleasantly surprised. It was very flavourful and definitely spicy. The server made sure to check in on us and was very personable. We both ate about half and were plenty full. Would definitely stop here again!

The state if the restaurant is actually shockingly worn out and dirty, makes you wonder about the kitchen. Had I noticed how bad it is we would have left.
The server was nice but the food had pretty average flavour (except for the burnt piece of Naan) and at those prices by comparison in town you sure don't get much meat. First Indian restaurant we've ever been to that doesn't have coconut rice.
This one will be a hard pass for us in the future.

Neha was wonderful accommodating us and our beloved dog on their outdoor patio.
The food was delicious and presented well. Very flavourful and tasty.
The music was upbeat and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming!
We are from Calgary and this was a great stop. They have a nice menu that has both western and eastern dishes.

Amazing flavours, you could taste all the spices, perfectly balanced. Good size portions. Wish I lived in Medicine Hat this would be my go-to restaurant. Very cool room too, and our server was friendly and efficient. Great experience 👍🏻

Stopped into the Cliff Restaurant on the weekend for the first time. Me and my lovely wife enjoyed are meals. The staff were very nice and friendly. Price wise this place is very good for quality and quantity you receive. I'll post photos of the items we had ordered. The only thing I can say bad was the A/C could have been a little cooler as we choose to sit by the windows and it was a bit hot that day so just a little discomfort is all. But all in all we will be back again.

We have been meaning to try out this hotel and finding The Cliff Restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Everything was 5 stars. The ambiance was really nice. The chairs were super comfortable. The service was excellent - Dallas was friendly, polite and lovely! The food was great. Coconut chicken and butter chicken were well done. The naan was top notch! And who knew rice could taste so good! The cocktails were well made with the right ingredients and fairly priced.

We will definetly refer friends and come back!
