Je viens 1 semaine par mois par affaires et j’apprécie toujours l’endroit. Très accessible depuis l’aéroport, près des commerces et épiceries, beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. La chambre est super complète avec un bureau et une chaise confortable pour travailler, un sofa et immense tv pour se détendre, une petite cuisinette avec frigo pour éviter d’être toujours au restaurant. Il y a aussi tout ce qu’il faut dans la salle de bain avec shampoing, conditionneur, gel douche, séchoir donc on peut voyager léger. Le lit est confortable et la chambre est très propre. Le personnel est courtois et la salle à manger au déjeuner est agréable. Il manque juste un restaurant pour le soir ou un comptoir de mets préparés maison. J’y reviendrai encore. Merci au personnel pour l’excellent service!

Vraiment recommandable, le personnel est courtois et les chambre propre, un hôtel neuf et accommodante. Je ne suis pas dessus du tout si vous passer par là et que vous avez besoin d’une chambre allez y!

Too high of a price for what you get IMO. This was about the most I paid for an “okay” hotel.

Reasons it was “okay”?
One ply sandpaper- I mean toilet paper.
Not the softest towels.
The bed sheets were a mess. The top cover had a “pocket” at the top so my arms kept getting wrapped up. The “comforter” was a mattress skirt combined with a mattress pad(!?) -see pictures attached. We asked for a proper comforter or quilt, they sent another one of these mash-ups…
-the breakfast was very okay.
Finishes and treatments are very cheap and not well done.
The A/C was like it was from a motel. Loud and “rolling”.
All in all, this is a three star hotel with 4* prices. The price earns it a two here.

This hotel is beautiful. It has a great lobby area with tons of seating with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. In the morning they offer a good selection for breakfast and trays to take it back to your room if you choose Our room was pet friendly for an additional $50 fee. They have a nice walking area and doggie bags and garbage available. We had a king bed room with full kitchenette with full fridge, microwave and dishwasher, which is handy for meals in. Room has plenty of storage shelves, couch and movable desk table. Everything was modern and clean. The gym and pool looked great just didn't get time to try them out as I was there for a mid-week conference, hubby and the dog were along to relax and enjoy the hotel.

Outstanding hotel, it was second place I stayed in for around 6 weeks during my time in Edmonton.|To start off, the staff are the dream team 10/10 incredible hospitality, kind, thoughtful, diligent, trying their best always, smiles all around and SO dang attentive (e.g. breakfast bar always stocked within seconds, always someone at the front desk regardless of time to help you with whatever you need, etc.) - extremely accommodating and being very flexible and open-minded with their guests despite any confusions or miscommunications that came up.|Super quick at the front desk to check in, was in my room, it was HUGE, felt like a bachelor studio suite haha.|There is also self service laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers) and it's nicely tucked beside the gym so you can just wait and workout!|I am not the tidiest person and I had too much fun during my time in Edmonton so my room was always a mess (not going to sugarcoat it LOL) and the housekeeping team and the management were more than understanding of my room's messes and never made me feel like a nuisance. From start to finish during the 6 weeks, I was treated amazingly and I could tell the team all works closely together and they have the same major staff and management proudly representing Hilton!|The location is very safe, tons of parking, you can get. Lyft or Uber within minutes and if you drive, it is a little drive from the "core" Edmonton but not bad if you just make sure you get a rental car.|Also, the rooms, amenities (gym, hotel lobby, washroom stalls, swimming pool, common areas, etc.) were spectacularly clean and my room was always refilled with all the essentials.|Breakfast was delicious - I do wish there were some hot food but regardless, I would just recommend guests to grab Doordash or head out to a buffet, Edmonton has very affordable and DELICIOUS food and the location of this hotel still gets you access to all the restaurants across town.

Very nice rooms but on the contrary, Some staffs are So Arrogant and RUDE.. Management should do a better training for staffs how to be HOSPITABLE and APPROACHABLE!! Just didn't got the staff's name but works in the Reception. Everytime you ask something, it seems like he/she is Mad and answers you Impolitely!! Why put people in the reception who is not guest-friendly, and instead of wearing a smile talking to a guest, he/she would rather raise his/her eyebrows on you?!!
We work in the Hotel Industry for sooo long and were also Hotel Guests number of times, but never encountered such a group of people working in this industry like in this hotel!!

As an Edmontonian, I didn't get the chance to stay this hotel becauase I live close😅 but then, my family has an issue with our home so we have to stay out. We already stayed two nights and going back tomorrow again since they were fully booked over the weekend. My son is so excited. The staffs are very kind and friendly and the lobby and the breakfast area are kept clean all the time. The room is very spacious even with the kitchen.
