I went to millwoods town center around 1pm today just to order poutine , but as I'm about to order, the staff were busy chatting inside, I'm trying to be polite so I waited for them to take my order. They saw me patiently waiting at the counter but they still ignored my presence. Then a white woman went to the counter, one of the staff entertained her right away without even asking me. So what's the process? Is it according to race, or 1st come 1st serve? Filipinos are known for best costumer service just like Ismael and his wife that used to work there before.

I enjoy coming to this location in particular… have a few great childhood memories of Millwoods especially the mall. I miss coming here. The service is real good, pays attention to details, and just seems like they actually want customers to come back. Cute mall.. would recommend.

The amount of sour cream given for the large veggie poutine is shown in the pics. I ordered the deconstructed one and made the worst decision. Felt like I’m having plain fries. Not happy with the amount of tomatoes and green onions for a large poutine. Never ordering from this place ever again

It is my first time eating New York Fries food. Their Bacon Double Cheese Hotdog is unique by putting ingredients of diced bacon, cheese and spring onion on a hot dog. I didn't like spring onion garnish on the hotdog but the rest were good. The staff was very nice and friendly. And I like the atmosphere of their working environment.
