I hate to be complain but I think this is important to address. I took my husband for a massage here, first thing we get asked is for ID I have been at many other massage clinics no places ask for ID. Am I frauding your system is that why you ask for ID. I go in I start filling out his new patient form the receptionist asked for my husbands benefits card I give it to him. The receptionist was so unprofessional he kept coming back to me and saying it’s not working. I asked him for a piece of paper I even wrote it down the receptionist was unable to direct bill. Finally I figured out we had insurance elsewhere that had to be used first than our benefits , my husband had a horrible experience the guy spent 30 minutes when it was supposed to be an hour. I highly don’t recommend coming here

Jennifer is fantastic. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, accommodating, peaceful, and comfortable to be around/massaged by. She has helped me with a lot of my chronic pain from stress and tensed muscles, fibromyalgia, etc. I am very ticklish and have not been able to get massages in the past and have had zero ticklishness with her. She makes sure everyone is comfortable and is very respectful. I am so grateful to her for helping me with my pain and helping me with injured areas I didn’t even realize I had due to all my other chronic pain. I will continue to see Jen and refer all my friends.

Being hunched over as a tattoo artist everyday can prove to be an annoyance from time to time, even with proper stretching everyday. Jen definitely has helped with those extra annoyances. Very professional, relaxing, and goes that extra mile to help get rid of the back pain!

Went for therapeutic massage with Jennifer. She was very professional and made it a relaxing experience. She took the time to listen to some of the areas I needed additional focus and gave some home care stretches to help with some of the work discomfort I was experiencing. I highly recommend her and this location.

I have been to this clinic two different years and have had nothing but total success. First the late Dr Martin relieved me of tendinitis pain after 3 visits. I came back 7 years later to have Dr Theresa relieve me of hot flashes, general malaise, balance my chi and help with sleeping issues. I have recommended this clinic to all my Edmonton contacts. I live in BC so don’t have access except when visiting. I am planning on being back in November for a balance and tuneup. I also got a reduction in price because I am a senior, albeit a young senior 😀
