I reached out to one of their blonde specialists via instagram in April. Went for a consult and explained the compromises I'm my hair. I showed her photos from her page of past styles she did discussing ways we could hide and do a low maintenance look. When it came to my appointment none of what we discussed happened and my hair was left orange and patchy after requesting blonde highlights. I tried to discuss ways we could fix this as my birthday was a week away and I just wanted to leave happy and confident. I was met w ignorance from my stylist alongside another staff member that was present. To where I had to stop and say multiple times “We just need to find the best resolution to this.” After things deescalated and I stated how unprofessional my experience was and I would like to give my feedback to the owner of the salon. I was reassured that “didn’t need to happen” as well as we would be making a plan in the following months to fix the very noticeable bright orange banding in my hair that I was very clear on not wanting from this service as stated in my consult. I paid what we originally agreed on and left just to be ghosted w neapolitan damaged hair a month later. I would avoid this shop unless you plan on playing double for what you actually want

Girls are so sweet. Talented crew! The "petite beautician" Lacey Tom's is a very talented lady as are all her stylists within this salon! Bright and airy space. This place has tons of natural lighting to make sure you get a perfect colour and cut! Plenty of parking and just off Dunmore road near MHM and the Lodge. Wheelchair access

I had a horrible experience here. I saw a Jr. stylist for a brunette balyage and ended up getting my hair fried and somehow the color ended up being blonde. While I did get majority of my money back after I asked for it, I never once got an apology, and I was treated horribly by the owner. It's ironic that usually you go to a salon with the hope of feeling beautiful after your appt, and the second you criticize their mistakes they treat you horribly. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
