I stopped in on Thursday to get some fish for my tank and more toys for Fenway just because he's so awesome. The young lady that was there was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable about what fish would work best in my tank set up and her customer service skills were fantastic! She was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. She was even kind enough to help me get out of the store with my walker and get everything to my car. I will definitely come back in the future. Awesome experience and amazing customer service!

Wonderful Staff & Jen is so Great with my Dogs. They were Rescued and had never been Professionally Groomed before, now my Border Collie Blaze especially Loves to go get Pampered! We live in Westlock but it's worth the trip to see my Fur Babies Happy! 🙏♥️🙏

First time in the store today and will certainly be back. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We were encouraged to take a look around and ask as many questions as we liked/needed. They carry a fantastic amount of fish supplies and various different brand of dog/cat toys. They supply some of the best pet food on the market to boot. Great store!

Prices are well worth shopping here for. Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable and is open to custom orders should you seek something she doesn't have in stock. Recommend shopping at her privately owned and operated store, fish and aquatic supplies, she has a grooming room in shop, good selection of very affordable leashes and harnesses, travel kennels should you need to fly with your dog or cat and a variety of small animal supplies as well. Just off of hiway 2 after entering mornville from the overpass, 3 blocks towards downtown right after the tracks making it an easy stop when traveling passed.

I drive from Edmonton to purchase all my reptiles here. Always much better prices than in the city. Healthy animals always. Prices on other pet supplies are also cheaper than Edmonton usually. I definitely recommend you check it out. The lady from here is very nice but she can seem a little bit rushed at times. Still an amazing place to shop.

I hand to get my dog a new collar. The lady in the store was super friendly and even sized a collar on my dog to make sure it fit properly. Excellent customer service. If I need anything else for my dog I will definately go there.

Take our collie to Noah's Ark to get her nails clipped always. Tried their grooming today and am very happy, as well as the dog! Nice work by a nice business. Highly recommended!

Me and my sister came in last week, there was such a strong ammonia smell when we walked in, we couldn’t stay long. Animals are overcrowded and did not seem to be taken care of properly, also kept in very dirty conditions. There was about 5-6 Guinea Pigs in one small cage, which was very dirty, and super crowded and stressful for the animals.
