We visited the arcade only and this place has the potential to be a great place for kids of all ages, but when we visited we were less than impressed and likely won't be back at least for some time. The owners sunk a lot of money into purchasing a lot of good arcade games but unfortunately the staff manning the place are not doing a good job. When we arrived the front desk staff didn't say anything other than cost as he was busy chewing the entire time so not a warm appreciative welcome at all. Many of the games were either not working, only had one player option in two player games, or were missing pieces (puck downstairs air hockey). The most disappointing thing about the entire visit was the fact that the staff did not man the floor at all. There were a few very destructive children who were abusing every game that they touched. We said something to them once, but that should not be the other guests job. The place was not busy and it would be beneficial for staff to wander or even observe from their desk. Staff are not managing the place and if this continues the place will not last.

OMG such a cool place! Just had my daughters 6th birthday party here and we were all very impressed - the space is beautiful and recently renovated, the games are all brand new and super cool with tons of variety, the food was awesome, the service was top knotch and the value for a bday package with unlimited play credits and a private room was bang on. Thank you to Angela the booking agent, Anna the party attendant, and Melissa (the owner?) who also checked in with us and was lovely. We will definitely be back!!!

We brought our son out to Apple Creek arcade for the Easter egg hunt. He had great fun. The arcade has really great machines. Can't wait to go back.

We had our 6 year olds birthday party here and it was excellent. Booking the party was very easy, and we were able to do it all through email. The day of the party, there were no issues, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Great selection of games ensures all ages can find something to play.

Great spot for a bevy and a bite. Bring the family and have a great time on the arcades. I will say I was disappointed with all the games that were down.

We had our 5 year old's birthday at the Apple Creek Arcade earlier in March. Melissa and Angela were both awesome to deal with from start to finish. Super organized, personable and attentive. Thanks for hospitality, the kids had a blast!

Great experience they had 2 options to play which I've never seen, you could either play it like a regular arcade winning credits and getting prizes or you could pay by the hour and just get unlimited trys on the machine, you can't win prizes if you do the second option. The selection was phenomenal so many games to choose from and everything was clean, they have a bar with food that looked really good as well. I went with my partner and it was really fun we didn't even end up playing everything there was so much, it's a great place to have a date hang or out with a friend, It was very child friendly and I saw rooms for birthday party's or events it would be a good place to take your kids for a affordable price. Thank you to the Apple creek Arcade staff for keeping a clean friendly and fun environment
