Super endroit! Localisation, pres d'un Costco, essence. Tres propre et confortable. Service courtois et professionel. Le déjeuné est complet et délicieux. Famille de 4 tres heureuse d'Avoir visité l'Alberta!! Je recommande sans hésitation.

Staff booked a school group all around the same level I had a room in. I haven't slept all night. Not sure if they don't have a policy to book groups in one part of the hotel or they just can't comply with that policy, but they lost one guest for sure. I received 15% for the night I did not sleep in their hotel. I'll use one of the Airdrie locations. Or the one that's just being built next to theirs. Still close to the mall but much better prices. And their premium price unfortunately does not reflect good service.

This is a well run, clean, quite new hotel. Rooms are well appointed and modern. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The close location to the outlet mall is a bonus.

Certainly excellent value for your hard earned dollar.

We got the “Alberta Adventure” room. By the photos posted online I was under the inpresssion the king bed was in a private bedroom. It was not. There is a kids bedroom and the king bed is in the open room. The hotel only does room cleaning every 3 days but charges full price for that. We stayed for three nights, when you request extra towels or blankets they won’t bring them to you. They said they had no manager or maintenance person working over the weekend. The toilet clogged and had no one to check it. Pretty poor service overall. Breakfast is included which is the average instant food breakfast. Pool was fun, but water was not clean. Overall place was ok, but lacks any customer service.

We stayed at the Days Inn for about two weeks and it was everything I could have hoped for. Our dog was well treated and we had excellent service.

There are large groups of young people who look like they are staying for different events. The breakfast servers are remarkable as they have to keep everything stocked at a very high rate of turnover.

I especially enjoyed the service of Mehratza as she was incredibly busy and kept a very pleasant attitude.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel with my Mom. The staff provided exceptional service specifically Ms Toni from front desk, making us feel welcome from start to finish. Our room was spacious. Everything was clean, and the check-in and out process was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic. Had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights. First night the bathroom light burned out in the room my husband and I were staying in, maintenance was not available until the following morning- I was given a discount for the inconvenience (checked my receipt to make sure and yes, it was there.) The light was replaced by the time we got back from Saturdays activities. Front desk staff were super friendly, and made sure to ask that the light was working and all was good. All 3 rooms were exceptionally clean. Only 1 of the 6 of us got up to try the breakfast - while he got there late he said it was pretty good. The waterside was a blast! Will definitely stay again.
