It works! I first went to see Aimee about a year ago for a consult to get laser for a sun spot on my cheek. We talked about my skin as a whole, and I have dealt with hormonal acne for over 26 years. I never found anything that worked, I tried diet, medications, naturopath, a million different skin care products and nothing worked. It seemed to have a mind of it's own. Aimee told me right away she knew it was because of my hair growth that was causing the acne. I saw a dermatologist recently that confirmed Aimee's diagnosis. Now a year later, my skin is not only clear of sun damage, but also acne and hair! I can't believe it some days, I don't need to wear make up anymore unless I want to, and my skin has never looked more radiant and clear. I see Aimee on the regular for laser hair removal on my face, photo facials and medical facials. I also buy my Jane Iredale make up from her too. She cares so much about her patient's and truly takes the time to find out what will work best for each individual. Aimee is so caring, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and I fully trust to put my skin care needs in her very capable hands.

I had the best laser experience with Aimee today not only they offered and honoured me Black Friday deals but also explained it well. I had tried every laser in Airdrie with no results as compared to what I got done in foreign country and the machine she has is similar to the ones I had great results 2 years ago . I had a good deal from Groupon for 6 sessions of Brazilian laser hair removal. And needed more sessions so bought another 6 sessions package from the clinic. Had 12 sessions done in total. So happy with the results. Aimee, the owner, is very kind and knowledgeable. Made me comfortable during my appointments especially when I came back after I gave birth. It was so easy to reschedule appointments.

have been having derma planing services at this business for the past 5 years (averaging 6X a year), working with an excellent technician Jill. Never had any issues with her work. Jill left this location. Last derma planing was by owner, Aimee, who'd I'd never met before nor seen in the shop in the 5+ years I've been going there.. Absolute WORST results of derma planing treatment, as during the process she admitted to not having the proper tool. Apparently Jill had taken the ones they had!? Currently in a dispute to get my money back for prepaid services that I will not be receiving, as I will not be returning to this shop. Aimee was super nasty with me when I went to the shop to discuss this with her. Actually used this words "you are a terrible human" What business owner says those things when someone brings their shoddy workmanship to their attention.

Added: I've read a majority of the Google reviews that are not positive and it appears in every case the response is combative and there is zero accountability to wards the client issues experienced. Not refunding money pre-paid for services that will no longer be provided is outright theft. I'd like to receive a copy of that document you said I signed that says there are no refunds. I want to confirm it says for pre-paid services. I see in past reviews you have not been able to provide evidence of any such contracts. Poor way to run a business when you can't own up to your own poor workmanship.

I always had a great experiences getting laser hair removal here. However, getting a hold of them is next to impossible. I have called numerous times, left multiple messages, and emailed. They might call you back days later and if you miss that call you start all over again with phone tag. For that reason I had to find a new place.

I've been to 3 out of 6 of my laser hair removal appointments at Enlighten Laser and Skin Care and am loving the service. I noticed a difference after the first visit and every one since has made a more noticeable outcome. While the service is rather painful, it is short and the staff is very patient and accommodating.
They are very professional, always on time and the facility is beautiful and clean.
I am a fan of the salon and the staff. Highly recommended.
