Quiet but right in the middle of town, has parking which is great, comfortable secure room, good buffet breakfast, responsive hosts. A real find.

The rooms are well equipped with all basic amenities, it is clean and well ventilated. The accommodation is a great value for price in Banff area. The complimentary breakfast spread covers all basic breakfast items, was happy to find lot of vegetarian options too, it included fruits, boiled eggs, potatoes, bread, muffins, croissant, cereal, coffee, orange juice and condiments. The highlight is the location, easy access to the beautiful Bow River trail, Vermillion Lakes, walkable distance to Roam transit station and all the restaurants in Banff town. Parking is included which is a big plus in Banff.

The place is humble yet very clean, quiet and a great location. It is literally in the heart of Banff down town; walking distance to everything. The owner of the whole place was accommodating and nice. This place to stay is highly recommended! Here’s the view from my room 😍

Great location - between riverfront and downtown, so one can have the pleasure of visiting both without much effort. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast is available at 8.00 am onwards, so if you have a bus to catch or places to see this would save you some time as Banff has relatively fewer breakfast places - almost everything opens around noon here.

The caretaker was also really helpful.

Best location! Walking distance to stores, restaurants, IGA, Tom Horton’s, museums. We just walked towards bow falls and Cascade Garden. Very short distance is the bow river where you can sit and relax. Owners were nice and accommodating. We arrived early and they let us parked early. Parking in Banff downtown is challenging so having a parking area is a big plus! Bed is big and comfortable.

So great if you love the air conditioning to only turn on over 24C. It's like somebody converted their house to a cheap money making gimmick. Room was super small, Couldn't sit down on anything besides the bed. Morning breakfast was like a Holiday Inn Express. But not expressionally good.

Had a king room. Owner was super nice, responsive and sends checkin information prior to arrival. Front and back door entrances. Parking lot in the back. Room is super clean and can't beat the location. Can see 3 Bears Brewery from the room and Magpie and Stump immediately upon walking outside. We had an upstairs room and not allowed to wear shoes upstairs. Breakfast was good and simple - bacon, sausage, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, blueberries. honeydew, muffins, toast, croissants. Can't beat the price either.

In the middle of the centre of Banff. The rooms are okay, just like breakfast. We came and had a clear view on the mountains. The next day you couldn't see a thing because of the smoke of the wild fires about 200 kilometers from here.
