I had my third therapeutic massage with Jill today for back leg and hip pain. I cannot believe what a difference it has made. after the second session, I was pain-free for four days. On the fifth day when the pain started to return it was minimized dramatically.Jill is great at what she does and she always makes you feel comfortable during your session.I highly recommend her!

Eau Spa has such a lovely atmosphere to it and everything is so clean. Jill was amazing, and really made me feel so comfortable throughout the massage! I left relaxed and felt she honed in on my problem areas effectively. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

She took the time to explain everything, set the laser at a low level to start, and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The process was completely painless. I've never come here before and was really nervous; I'm neurodivergent and struggle a bit talking and adapting to new places, but it was so calm and the staff were so friendly and communicative, and the environment was quiet, I calmed down really fast. I left my appointment positively crying (I get overwhelmed when people are very friendly, and while that sounds sad its a happy reaction on my end!) I hope to come back if I ever travel here again. big thanks to Abby who did my pedicure.

The esthetician that I had did a wonderful job, very professional but warm. (I was trying my best not to cough as I have remaining nuisance from a flu). The esthetician that my friend had was so fantastic. I had let the team know during booking that she has dementia and they were so prepared, amusing, caring, talkative and encouraging of her. It was so touching. We will be back regularly. Thank you all for making this a safe space for her.
