I've been twice and can honestly say that this is the best beauty care location I have ever visited.

Two weeks ago I had a pedicure completed by Olga, who did an incredible job and was so considerate and careful of my injury while supplying the service so I was comfortable and relaxed the entier appointment.

A few says ago I had an incredible manicure completed by Lyndsay. She was patient explaining the differences between products and applications to me, she confirmed my choices to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and even repaired one of my nails that was breaking during the service.

The nail repair was done with a gel builder and is completed indistinguishable from the rest of my manicure.

I cannot recommend these ladies or this location enough.

I got a full gel set from Emma today and was very very happy with the results. She paid such attention to detail. It was the first time ever I had a salon do a fully dry manicure, and the first time ever I haven’t had any cuts or scratches after a nail service. You could tell she really cared. Thank you!!

Eve is one of the best stylists I've ever been to. She is very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. She listened to exactly what I wanted for my cut and colour and gave me the style I came in for. I left with a smile on my face. Would recommend Eve to anyone!

If scoring my esthetician, Brittany, I would give a 5 star rating. I've received various services from her, including manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Recently, she provided services to help prepare me for my daughter's wedding, and I could not be more happy with her services. She is meticulous, particularly for the finest details. She is talented, creative, and very kind. The hand and foot massage are exceptional. I loved my brow shaping at my last appointment. The salon itself can be quite loud at times, so it's hard to get that relaxing spa vibe unless you are in a treatment room. I have mobility issues and brain trauma, so the long deep stair case, lack of wheel chair parking ♿️ and noise from hair dryers, etc, all contribute to a lower score. Other spas offer tea or coffee, but I don't believe this one does, and if so, I have never been offered one. UPDATE (October 2023): they have complimentary tea and coffee, and I was offered a drink at my last couple of appointments. The manicure tables are a tight squeeze for leg room and not the most comfortable due to a lower tray. They are shared with other estheticians and their clients, so privacy is limited. Prices are average. The pedicure chairs are very comfy and a bit cold in that area, but there are cozy blankets available.

I have had a few experiences with Hair Expressions, most mediocre, but after this weekend I don't think I will be going back. I had an appointment booked for Saturday afternoon and had to have my boyfriend call to cancel the appointment 2 hours before hand as I had a medical emergency and was in hospital. He said the staff member who answered the call was quite rude. Told him this "will be her only warning, next time she cancels she will have to pay for the service". While I understand cancellation policies are in place, I feel the staff should be a little more understanding. No one plans to be taken to hospital for an emergency, and atleast I gave them some notice and didn't just no show. Overall he said it was a very unpleasant call and decided not to rebook at that point.
