You cannot beat the staff here for service. My candidate for the best of a good lot is Jacqui. She seems to know all her clientele by name and greets everyone with a smile and some friendly banter. She is a faithful, longtime employee who makes a trip to the Beer Store a real pleasure. If only she didn't cheer for the Leafs...

I had a good chuckle about an incident I saw happen at the return desk a while back. A couple of inconsiderate customers brought in what looked like a summer worth of assorted empty cans, bottles, and liquor containers. If they were all in cases, then no big deal, but they were all in garbage bags. The customers stood back and watched while the employee did their job and sorted through their pile of dirty stinking returns. At the end, the employee tastefully expressed his displeasure with the situation and rambled off their total refund, and added a grumpy employee to their total. Worst part is, I don’t think they even cared. Bravo to the staff member for keeping his cool. And I’ll bet he has relieved to see that my stuff was all in order.

Poor selection, terrible setup, if you don't drink the big 5 then they won't have cases of it. Why not stock more brands instead of having mountains of very few brands

Worst beer store ever. Shelves are never stocked resulting waiting 15 minutes for staff to get your order from the the back on many occasions. Returning empties is a visit to hell. You have an empty 24 ready to hand in at the back of the line but have to endure people and employees sorting empties in front of you for half an hour. Smells like hell too. Bring my beer from the city.

they need more bottle return outlets in Muskoka during the summer considering how busy it is here , seriously slow and always a pain. i don't blame the staff its not there fault but this situation should be addressed at some point
