After a 16-hour drive to visit family near Bracebridge, my back and neck were wrecked. I was lucky enough to find ATLAS RMT and book a deep tissue massage with Benjamin. He asked questions based upon the intake form I filled out, so he could get a complete and comprehensive idea of what approach he would take to get the best results.

During the massage, he was communicative about his approach and best ways to fight the cause of my discomfort, not just the symptoms. He clearly knows his stuff! Following the massage, Benjamin walked me through a series of stretches that can help mitigate the major issues.

The office was clean and welcoming, and the atmosphere calming and professional. One of the better therapeutic-focused massages I’ve ever received. Highly recommend!!!

Can I give ten stars for OUTSTANDING service? I had Ben Thompson today for my RMT. First appointment. I am RATHER complicated (hyper mobility and my body does weird things)- he was extremely focused and knew exactly what to look for. Was worried if there could possibly be an arterial occlusion thing and did some tests to show it wasn’t that. He figured out where all my pain was from. He even did oral adjustments or myofacial release. Like TMJ treatment. I cane In 100% vertigo. Barely able to stand or laying to standing without falling over. I’m currently completely pain free at the neck and all of my upper back. He’s better then any RMT I’ve ever had, super super smart and is better then some Osteopaths I worked with. I can Not recommend him enough. I’ve finally find someone who can fix a particular problem, and not just rub your whole back -sure that feels good but I wasn’t Elbows, knees, whatever it takes to get rid of this now chronic pain. I’m one big happy customer here!!!

Dr. Monique is absolutely incredible. She goes above and beyond to find the root cause of pain or discomfort; she truly is invested in creating manageable, affective, plans to treat your problem(s). She is thoughtful and considerate in doing her tests or any treatment.
Dr. Monique cares for her patients beyond the issue at the surface needing treatment. The kindest, most detail-oriented, patient, and highly educated Chiropractor I have ever gone to!
Without a doubt recommend going to Dr. Monique at Atlas if you need a Chiropractor - the Acupuncture she has done on me, is already helping significantly in less than 24 hours! Phenomenal service! Will be going back for weekly appointments!

I've been getting regular massages at Atlas RMT for over 2 years now. I first started going when I was pregnant and had some strange back and lower body pains. After experiencing the amazing effects of RMT I now can't live without treating myself to a regular massage by Amanda. Amanda (the owner and my personal favourtie RMT) often instinctively knows where my issues are without even telling her! I have also heard wonderful things about the other RMT's on staff. I usually book online (love this feature) and she is also quick with responding to emails. I feel great after every session and highly recommend! If you have benefits Atlas also does direct billing which is a huge time saver.
