My husband and I purchased a small 7x8 barrel sauna w/porch, woodstove (with the little window), half panoramic window, metal roof, delivery + installation.

We live a little bit outside their delivery limit and they accommodated us. The service was impeccable from the first e-mail to the last piece of garbage picked up by the team. The Team worked quickly and efficiently to built the Sauna in a timely manner. We have been able to use it the day of delivery. They went through the easy instructions with us. Very nice and polite young hard working employees. It's nice to see !

We are absolutely delighted to have purchased our Canadian Made Sauna from Muskoka Sauna Co. on our little piece of heaven.

Bought an 8ft wood-fired Barrel Sauna from Muskoka Sauna Co. back in 2022. I love their product and enjoy my sauna on nearly a daily basis.

The glass insert in my stove recently cracked (through no fault of their own, too be expected every now and then with the constant exposure to high heat), and Wes and his ream had a replacement piece of glass in the mail within 24hrs of me reaching out.

Whenever my wife and I move to our forever home the first thing I will do is purchase another Sauna from Muskoka Sauna Co. I’m constantly my sisters case to get one for her new cottage as well. Highly recommend.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Please see photos and videos attached. I have no words to describe my disappointment with CUBE Muskoka Sauna quality and workmanship. Seller still has not shipped any replacement parts as promised to AMEX dispute team. Received mid March, still have not heard from Wes or Mike at Muskoka sauna. It’s now December!! From damaged wood planks, scratched exterior panels, damaged window, door frame, etc. to L-shape bench not built as designed and does not fit. Have no clue how they got their good reviews

We had a great experience dealing with Wes at The Muskoka Sauna Co. We’ve had our barrel sauna for almost a year now and it’s been a real treat to use at our cottage! The team built our sauna on site from several large pieces because of limited access to our desired location. The Harvia heater works great, steaming hot in warmer months in about 25 min & 40 min in the winter. We’ve had several questions throughout the year and Wes has always responded quickly. We are very satisfied with our purchase!!

Last fall we were in the market for a sauna for our short-term rental property we were renovating. We met with Wes to see some floor models and he was very knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth making the process very simple for us. Wes' team showed up at the agreed upon date, was speedy and built us an AMAZING sauna. We couldn't be happier! We purchased the Premium 7'x10' sauna with 2' porch, upgraded benches and a rear window. Our goal was to have 6 people fit comfortably in our sauna and this did the trick! Thanks so much Wes, we plan on using you and your team for our sauna needs in the future!
