I had an awful experience on the very first day of my swimming instructor class. Someone broke into my locker and stole all my belongings — including my phone, bank cards, and other valuables. The staff at the center were not very helpful or supportive during this stressful time. I felt completely lost and disappointed.
The only person I truly appreciate is the manager, who kindly offered to drop me home — she was the only one who showed real compassion.
After losing everything at the facility, I no longer felt safe or comfortable attending my remaining classes. I requested a transfer to another location, but they refused without any flexibility or understanding.
On top of everything, the pool itself is small and the water did not look clean at all — definitely not what you'd expect from a professional learning environment.
Overall, a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

Skating is awesome at this facility but the pool is absolutely tiny. Not suitable at all for a good learning environment. The changing areas are forever pooling with water and dirty. Literally littered with garbage and hair. Staff are friendly and i appreciated that the swimming classes were small and had two instructors but theres so many children in such a small pool that the classes were getting mixed up and confused at times and it can quickly get dangerous.

One of the cleanest, convenient and spacious rec centre in the city of Brampton
Ample parking space for patrons. Clearly mentioned signs and directions for various activities and arenas. Very clean and inviting interiors with ample seating spaces
Has a small refreshment shop in the arena itself which helps the hunger needs

Overall it's a nice facility, with the only exception of allowing too many pool attendees. There was no room to finish half a lap without running into others. Surprisingly, the pool had 50+ more open spots ..

Had my very first swimming lessons here with adult splash 1.

Swimming pool is of decent size. But number of people inside are too many. These often create problems of colliding with each other and limited space to swim.

Even then, the swimming instructors have tried to divide the pool in an appropriate way, trying to maintain pool safety.

Facilities are fairly clean.

The best part are the instructors. They are bunch of high school teenagers but they are all so well-behaved and professional. They make you feel at ease, try to keep you safe and teach you insightfully.

My instructor was Natalie. She was very soft-spoken, encouraging and professional.

Time keeper was too busy watching a movie on his phone to pay attention to watching the clock!! Missed the whistle on year end playoff games three times In one period!!! While this may not be important to him, it was extremely important to the players who had spent all season fighting and working hard to get to a playoff spot!

Ray is amazing tutor for kick boxing!!

Staff is very helpful and polite. Cleanliness is well maintained

Will come again for other recreational activities!
