Since when is cutting a chicken breast in half and calling it 2 pieces? Since when is it cutting a center piece in half and calling it 2 pice This place has gone down hill and ripping people off... Mary browns all the way from now on... atleast they don't rip people off.

When craving chicken and do not feel like preparing it myself, I always head here. The service from the drive thru staff is always a pleasure to deal with. So friendly and courteous. They always remember my order of popcorn chicken for my fur babies. ?

We just took advantage of the "2 can dine 3pc & fries". It was the most pathetic 3pc I have ever had. The pieces were so small I am thinking it must have been pigeon and not chicken. My wife's box had two pieces that didn't resemble a normal thigh or breast. Might have been pieces of a thigh. One of my pieces was a drumstick, with a big chunk out of it. Another time I will not do drive through, and will open and look at the contents before I
leave the store with them. We didn't open the boxes till we got home with them.

Missed multiple things on our order and they refused to do anything about it. My wrap was so hard and dried out I couldn't eat it. I had to toss it. All the chicken was cold that we got. Onion rings were cold and dry. We never were asked if it was dine in or take out. Gave us no napkins, ketchup or even the cups for the drinks.

Overall what you would expect. I'm from the States and to my dismay, they didn't have the famous bowl but didn't even know what I was talking about so it might be an American thing only. Otherwise no issues.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. Asked a question and they said " it's on the board" then yelled when I asked questions about boxes. Staff needs to be retrained on proper customer service. Food is gross never cooked all the way through! Save your money folks and don't eat at this location!

The service was only ok.
Food was really greasy. Ordered a 2 piece and fries. My drumstick had a hair on it and my other piece only had 2 bites of chicken on it, if that. I didn't understand why they would even serve it to someone. Didn't get my gravey or mac salad with my meal. Root beer was flat so pour it out and got a different kind. The bathrooms need attending too.
