I have been a patient at the Physio & Wellness Clinic in Mountain Ash location for several years, and I recently returned after experiencing a car accident. I was relieved to see Manny again, the best physiotherapist anyone can ask for, who has always been a source of warmth and support. His deep understanding and compassionate approach make a remarkable difference in my recovery; he truly listens to my concerns and gently helps ease my pain.

The front staff also play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere. Not forgetting Jessica and Twinkle, they always greet me with kindness and genuine warmth, which brings a little brightness to my day, even on my most challenging days. Their friendly smiles lift my spirits and make each visit more bearable.

I went to Dolly for a massage because I’ve been struggling with chronic neck and shoulder pain, Her deep pressure technique is amazing, something I’ve rarely come across with other therapists. It honestly felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She didn’t just rush through the session, Dolly took the time to figure out my trigger points and worked on them with so much care. I already feel so much better after just one session! I’m definitely going back to her. She’s truly incredible—one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for someone amazing, trust me, you need to go see Dolly!

I have been to several clinics for treatment, but my experience at Brampton Physiocare and Wellness has been the best so far. I have been visiting for physiotherapy with Manny and chiropractic treatment with Dr. Riaz, and both have been incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this place! I’m extremely happy with the service I received. I had been dealing with persistent neck and shoulder pain that wasn’t improving, so I decided to give this place a try after finding it through a Google search. I booked an appointment with Dolly, and I’m so glad I did. In just three sessions, my pain completely disappeared. The staff is also wonderful – very professional and always greet you with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Highly disappointed after my first visit to this clinic. Leaving out the therapists’ name to protect their privacy. I’ve had physio before and knew what to expect, this was far from it. I was offered various treatment “modalities” without being explained what each one did or any risks, even when I asked. She LEFT the clinic halfway through my appointment, without providing the exercises she promised, leaving me with the assistant, who told me the physio will “go over them next time”, when I insisted that I was missing a portion of my initial assessment, she printed some general exercises, something I could have Googled on my own. Finally the receptionist gave me the bad news that they were not able to directly bill my insurance as promised, so I had to pay for this sham appointment out of pocket. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care.
