This is a unique cafe for dog lovers/owners! We had good breakfast burrito and tea. They sell dog food and have a dog grooming service!

It’s super nice to stop by on the way to Halifax!

Had a ABSOLUTELY AWESOME Breakfast Pizza. What's fresh and homemade all the ingredients were absolutely spot on the flavor was amazing and just the right amount of salt. Had a nice thin crispy base which I like and it reminded me of Italy just a little bit. The coffee here is awesome and there's always a pot on the go. And absolute must visit, if you'd like to have a little sweet with your coffee I suggest the coconut macaroon, this macaroon was fresh moist and didn't leave too many coconut pieces in my mouth. This is my third visit and today I got a pizza. It was so very perfect. Tasty sauce with just the right amount of spices. Service great. Had an iced coffee. Super clean and friendly. I would highly recommend

Stopped in with my mother-in-law and we loved it. Great coffee/baked goods. We also enjoyed a couple games of tic-tac-toe that was on our table and relaxed while checking out the paintings and cute decorations and handmade cards they also sell. We will definitely go again for breakfast food next time. Thank you for the great service.

I visited Hantsport for a week during August 2021. During my trip, I stopped at the Barking Bean Café almost every morning. Their medium roast coffee was brewed perfectly.

The owner Glen takes care with every cup! It’s a great local spot!

Their beans are so delicious that I bought a bag to bring home to Vancouver.

Amazing food, coffee always fresh, and the shakes are to die for. My favorite is the habs sandwich. Also I purchase my dog food here which has been cheaper than pet value and its a Canadian 5 star dog food. The owner takes pride in his business.
