i would give them zero star if there would be an option. i was their client from 2019 but they just deleted my profile from their account as i was 6-7 minutes late for the appoinment.. this was totally unfair and the lady did not even put some effort to rebook my appoinment… i have 6 months old baby so it can be hard sometimes… its better if you guys should understand the issue. poor customer service i would say as i called to let you guys know that i might get late…..wonder what no response to the call…

The customer service was great, Ravneet went above and beyond to tend to our needs. Ravneet is very friendly, professional, and helpful! Ravneet re-assessed our skin with great care and precision! She consistently checked-in with us to ensure the treatment was running along smoothly. I had chemical peel done with Ranveet and my daughter had her facial done and we saw great improvement in our skin!
