came here twice, once for a facial and once for a massage. I told them both times I just wanted to relax and I'm here to treat myself. both ladies kept talking to me the whole time and I felt bad so I did not say anything but I tried to just close my eyes. the lady who did my massage talked for literally the whole time and also she was late by 25 mins..... its not that big of a deal but then I just wanted to relax and she told me her whole life story and I kept saying "mhm" "ok" but she kept going. the lady who was doing my facial kept telling me about every product and what I would do to keep my skin good, which is nice of her.. but again I am here to relax and I even said that.
if u want a place to relax this is not it.

DISHONEST MANAGEMENT.!!!!
I hate giving negative reviews about services but I just have to do this one. !!
I had two gifts cards which I wanted to use in two different sessions. So I booked for Facials but the manager mistakenly booked me for a Massage, due to that they pleaded with me to rescheduled and they promised to offer me a free Facials as recomposition for not respecting what I booked for.

I calmly accepted. But they denied to offer me the free facial session they'd promised me when I got there.!!
I went there to relief myself from stress but rather leaving there feeling pissed off and stressed up after everything.!!

I always book with Daniel Galicia because he's professional, attentive, and highly effective. If you're visiting this location for the first time, I highly recommend requesting Daniel!

Fran is the best aesthetician. She is great at at understanding what you r skin needs. I got teen facial for my son and she’s my permanent aesthetician . She has magic in her hands . Her knowledge and experience made our experience was amazing !! I would recommend her to anybody without any thought . Love you Fran !!

As stated in my review of the previous facility, I'd follow my RMT to the end of the universe if necessary. She also works out of this facility and the difference is night and day!

The price may be a bit higher, but you definitely get what you pay for here. On top of the most AMAZING treatments, the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer your questions and get the right payment options for you.

Call them! And if you want a TRUE deep tissue massage, ask for Neisha. Tell her my review sent you and she'll take GREAT care of you!

Exceptional Experience!

My partner and I recently visited for a couples massage, and we were thoroughly impressed. The team adhered perfectly to our scheduled appointment time, ensuring a seamless experience.

Our masseuses, Devanshi and Britney, were outstanding - skilled, attentive, and knowledgeable. Their expertise made our massage truly unforgettable.

We'll definitely be returning for another relaxing visit. Highly recommended
