The customer service and the lack of professionalism at this location (and the franchise as a whole) is incredible. After having a terrible experience at a different location, I decided to try this location. I had been here once before and it was alright. This time, I took the time to research the therapist and dive deep into the reviews to find a therapist with high ratings. Found one, and booked the appointment. Now the reason for me booking this appointment is to address back and neck pain that has been severely affecting me for a week now, so as you can imagine, I have been counting down the days for this massage.

First, let's start with the unprofessional phone call. Their female receptionist called me and no explanation and quite rudely asked me to move my appointment to Monday, to which I replied, "No if I wanted Monday, I would've booked Monday". Now I must emphasize that I'm very kind and courteous person but if you come at me rudely, I will reply back with the same vigor. After which, she replied, "Don't worry about it, it's ok". Now again, I have no idea why she wanted me to move my appointment.

Second, Saturday (today) is finally here and it couldn't come soon enough. I got to my appointment and of course, I'd never met this therapist before, so as we were introducing ourselves, I purposely asked their name. And low and behold, it's not the therapist I painstakingly researched and booked with. I proceeded to go back to the receptionist and advised that this was not the person I booked with. And all they could say was are you sure no one called you or left you a message saying that your therapist changed. Hmm, let me think...of course I would know if someone called me to advise me that my therapist was changed! Are you kidding me, why would that be the first thing out of your mouth? I proceeded to tell him about the call I had received and said, that at no point in that conversation did this person mention anything about the therapist. And then he proceeded to ask me what I wanted to do. No offense to that therapist but I didn't know them and wasn't going to take the chance that they were awful or cause me any more harm and then be stuck paying for an awful service. I did that already at another location.

Third, asked for the location manager's contact information, only to be told that they can't provide that. So instead of resolving this discreetly, I am putting the entire company on blast. DO BETTER! TRAIN your staff better! TREAT your customers better! Without your customers, you wouldn't exist!

And of course, it's late afternoon on a Saturday and there's no other massage therapist available so I'm stuck with incredible back and neck pain frantically trying to find another therapist. To anyone else looking for a massage therapist, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

I feel so refreshed and happy after my appointment with Neisha, and I want to thank her so much for all the hard work and effort she puts in for her clients— it’s clear that this is how she just normally operates.
